I had the pleasure of staying at altair The Altair and i must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance, amenities, and attention to detail were impeccable, but what truly set this The Altair apart was the outstanding service provided by their staff. A special mention goes to dibakar and srimanta, whose hospitality went above and beyond my expectations. Dibakar impressed me with his professionalism and warm demeanor. He was always attentive to every detail, ensuring my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was arranging special requests or simply checking in to see if everything was satisfactory, dibakar made me feel truly valued as a guest. Srimanta was equally remarkable, exuding warmth and positivity throughout my stay. His knowledge and willingness to assist with local recommendations made my trip even more enjoyable. Whether it was a friendly conversation or his readiness to help at any hour, srimanta demonstrated what true customer service should be. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to their guests’ satisfaction. Dibakar and srimanta are true assets to altair The Altair, and they exemplify the highest standards of hospitality. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing! what really impressed me, however, was the attention to detail and the little extras that made my stay special. From the complimentary water and coffee to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Overall, i would highly recommend the alt air The Altair kolkata to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. The property is located very conveniently in Sector V and the staff at reception- Arindam and Trayee were very courteous and helpful. Best part was that the AC was working properly and we could set the temperature at 17degree which was our preferred temperature. They arranged an extra bed as per request. Food at breakfast were decent. The only drawback was that the gap between two mattresses was too big and unfortunately for a couple to sleep.

Room was excellent with great view of salt lake city. Checkin checkout process was smooth. Breakfast buffet was good enough. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was great. However parking is a bit confusing as security guards at parking are unaware about altair parking. And I feel , there should be a changing room near swimming pool.

Everything was great. Staff behaviour great, room service 10/10, food quality awesome, safety is perfect, hygiene was also great. Highly recommend to visit this place.

It was a pleasant stay, the staff were well behaved and helpful. The pool is the best part however we were unable to use it because it was almost winter.

Very great hospitality and professional staff by mr. Dipakar very spacious rooms clean and pool with the best view of the city and nightclub with very nice ambiance

Beautiful place. Located at the centre, with a beautiful roof top. Food is also of good quality, beef to add variety to the breakfast buffet. Rest it’s worth the money paid.

Room was good. Service can be improved little bit. Price was on higher side. Restaurant is terrible for dining

The amenities and staff behavior were excellent. However, i had booked the indian non-veg thali, and the quality could have been better. The The Altair room was spacious and very comfortable. We highly recommend this place to others planning a stay in kolkata, especially near salt lake

Had a wonderful stay! the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and prompt in their service. The location was convenient, and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Great amenities and overall a great value for money. Would definitely recommend!
