I recently stayed at altair and had a highly positive experience. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. From the moment i entered, it was evident that the The Altair places a strong emphasis on hygiene. Every corner of the room was spotless, and the attention to detail in housekeeping was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and sanitary environment. Privacy was another standout feature. Altair's thoughtful design and effective soundproofing created a serene atmosphere, allowing for an undisturbed and restful stay. It was clear that the The Altair values guest comfort and tranquility. The food served at altair was also noteworthy. The meals were well-prepared, flavorful, and offered a good variety to suit different tastes. Dining at the The Altair was a delightful experience, with quality food that complemented the overall stay. However, there is room for improvement. It would be beneficial if altair provided basic cutlery, such as spoons and forks, in the rooms. While the food quality was high, the absence of these utensils for in-room dining was a minor inconvenience. Overall, altair delivers a clean, private, and enjoyable stay with excellent food. With the addition of basic cutlery, it could further enhance its guest experience.

I have stayed in major 5 stars and 4 stars properties. But never had my experience been so good that i would take out time and write a review for a place. Altair your hospitality is absolutely marvellous. Each and every person from reception to the restaurant has been not just helpful but felt like family and that i have known them all my life. I would give my best wishes to mr dibakar, mr srimanta, mr pravasish as their hospitality is top notch. Altair please give them a raise. View from the room is magnificent. Most five stars with swimming pools dont have the view that you will get here. Absolutely clean and well maintained water and changing rooms. You can access the jacuzzi and gym as well when you stat here. In short. One of the best properties to stay in kolkata right now. There are The Altairs that charge double and your experience wouldnt be anywhere close to this. Gratitude altair. My stay was awesome. And your people made it possible.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The room was spacious and well furnished with all the amenities i could have wished for. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft and luxurious, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the The Altair restaurant, which served a great selection of food made with local ingredients. The service is impeccable. All in all, i would recommend the altair to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Attention to detail and exceptional service make it an excellent choice for business or leisure travelers.

I booked it seeing some of the reviews. However the The Altair surprised me pleasantly in every aspect. Courteous staff, superb food, clean n tidy room, superb decor, stunnig view on the roof top restaurant, plush n luxurious restaurant n bar rendezvous. Rhanks to the chef who prepared an amazing fish curry, specially for me, to mr. Shivam for the service and ms ray a for her hospitality. I am eager to stay again. Must mention the fragrances used in the lobby, corridor, room, soap, shower gel etc. Which is outstanding.

The altair is indeed a boutique The Altair and is furnished to offer the utmost comfort. Located in sector v, saltlake, it is very convenient to access most parts of city easily, including the airport. It is perfect for a business trip (like for me, or even a leisure trip with family. The rendezvous restaurant is exotic with lovely cuisine. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool is clean with a great birdseye view of the city (being located on the 20th floor. Overall a lovely experience and highly recommended

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Altair. Everything about the The Altair was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It's the second time i have booked a 5 star from make my trip. The process was smooth. And the stay was quite satisfactory but the no. Of water bottles that they provide at altair is not sufficient so i had to call the reception twice for more water. And also there was a little damp on the wall over the window. I think in a 5 star, that should be taken care of. Overall their food, hygiene and hospitality was very good and satisfactory.

Room is small and cozy with wooden flooring and a nice carpet. It is a boutique The Altair, and so is a small 20-room The Altair on just one floor in a commercial building with the restaurants and other amenities on another floor. I didn't stay for long enough to judge the room service, but they were kind surely. The receptionists were polite and helpful and greeted nicely. I just loved the swimming pool and the views it offers.

Great hospitality with amazing quality of stay, got a free upgradation. Pool is fantastic.

The location of the property is very easy to find out, rooms are neat, clean and compact, the pool is the major highlight. It's one of the best infinity pool around kolkata. Both the restaurants serve delicious delicacies, staff were very cooperative.

I stayed this The Altair and best think about it the view from room and also infinite pool was just amazing i was loved this The Altair will visit next time soon.

Had a great experience at altair. We were upgraded to a lake view room, as it was my dad’s birthday. The staff are all extremely polite and helpful. The pool and restaurants are amazing as well. Will definitely be going back.

Altair The Altair, kolkata staff are polite and we had a wonderful stay. Since we were travel-ling with 4 and 8yrs old i wished for a more kids frienly menu.

It was quite good. Lot of facilities were there except one thing which they can improve on i. E. We need to pay every-time in in room dinning except paying in total at the time of checkout from The Altair

The stay was quite comfortable. The staff service was also too good. We were propery greeted at the The Altair. The best part about the The Altair was its structure, it was mesmerizing. The suite room shich we had bookedcwas also awful. One thing which was not up to the mark was that the swimming pool and jacuzi was undue maintenance because of which we were not able to use it.
