Pros: The hotel and room were neat and clean. Staff are polite, helpful and the room service is on time. None of my orders were delayed. The pool is very very well maintained. Enjoyed my morning swim. Cons: My biggest gripe is with the switches and plug points. Switches need to be bedside for easy access. The bed is in the middle and there is a 3-foot distance for any switch on both sides. Considering the wall is quite wide, the TV is towards the right side of the bed and not right in front of it. The food was ok and had limited choices. The bathroom was clean, but the showerhead had rust and stains. Not very pleasant to look at. It would be good to have a bucket and a mug.

Good hotel clean room with all basic requirements in room. Good food in restaurant. Extremely reasonable price.

Check in, waited for 10 minutes. They gave a smart key and we had to find our own room. No assistance to room like other hotels. Found a bit difficult in finding the room due to the unscientific layout. Room was neat and clean, seems it is refurbished. No mirror light in the bathroom hence found difficult for shaving. Check out also took time and was lengthy despite intimating reception 20 minutes before. Breakfast was satisfactory and the service was average. Lack of professionalism and training was reflected.

very bad experience. staff has assigned very cheap room with destructive smell and Chippy floor. Room interior is much worst. Feel like it's an servant quarter

Room was very congested and it's lacking basic support items like towels, shampoo, etc. Food was good and the service team also did a good job.

I had a very pleasant stay at The Altruist Business Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was well-prepared and satisfying. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and I truly enjoyed my time here a lot. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfy stay with great food and a pleasant experience.

The property was okay. The rooms were poorly designed without much thought. The inroom dine experience was pathetic. Even the coffee wasn't worth a penny.

Came for a business meeting for a day. Had a smooth check in and Stayed overnight and had the buffet breakfast.

All good experience. Food was nice. The cost of buffet breakfast was reasonable but the watermelon juice that I ordered was not at all worth 439. I am sure it will be same for other drinks too...Rooms were ok

pleasent stay. excellent staffs. Front desk supportive. Rooms were cleaned. they could have given two dinner chair andvtwo set of bathroom kit as I have booked for two people. but I didn't ask either so not s big concern. Washroom cleaning was good.
