All the. Reviews were good, except The Amayaa amayaa, varanasi, where in we have re scheduled our stay. For one room which was intimated as ok, however when we reached, reception person on duty (31 st march) flatly refused our admission, we waited there for 1 he or so, pleading with them, then they opened the file and reviewed all our booking in their The Amayaa, and finally said, sorry sir, it is communication gap with the team, and we being senior citizens having planned our booking in amayaa The Amayaa, varanasi, have to suffer for 1 plus he pleading our contention, that made us un happy, pl advice amayaa management to engage smart people in reception to understand things such as booking, re scheduling etc etc pl. Thanks, no more on this subject

I was hesitant to venture out of the house but after i visited amayaa at varnasi i felt so comfortable to venture outside. Special mention to mr. Rinku mishra n his personal attention to us 3 very senior citizens of the age 82, 77nd 65. V had special attention whenever v ventured out. A big thank you to rink u mishra n his team for making us feel at home. Our blessings to all the people who helped us so willingly n made us comfortable. Now v have the courage to go out.

Our stay at the amaaya has been pleasant and hassel free. From the check in time to check out evey thing has been smoothly flowing. The amaaya is in close proximity to all the places of tourist visits and transport is easily available outside. The complimentary breakfast was simple and edible. Great services and hospitality from the The Amayaa staff. Stay at the amaaya has been pleasant and going back with good memories to latch on. Thank you !

We had a very comfortable stay at amayaa. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The room service and the hospitality department are very efficient, the food quality is excellent. We had the gala dinner on 24th dec, and the preparations were delicious. There was a huge variety of desserts, and all were very tasty. I would highly recommend this The Amayaa to everyone coming to varanasi.

We had a very good stay at amayaa over the last three nights. The room was just fantastic, though its bathroom had some issues, like delayed water heating, leading to lot of wastage of water before one can get warm water for bathing etc. Apart from this, i was really impressed with the service and hospitality here. The food is great too. Really loved it through and through.

Location : we wanted to stay at a peaceful location, hence according to us the location was great. A taxi ride to all major attractions. Food : buffet breakfast is good both in terms of variety and taste. Amenities : all good. Services : staff is prompt and efficient at reception, restaurant and housekeeping. They responded to all kinds of queries / issues in no time.

I had a very nice stay with 2 senior citizens my mother and my aunt. The The Amayaa staff were very helpful as both of my elders had lot of food restrictions. They made food available any time of the day we requested. Staffs were very helpful all the time. The restaurant bhojanik and it’s manager was very helpful. Vijay our room help helped us a lot.

It was good stay. Service was good but could improve on the maintenance of the room.

Property is situated at city center which is neither too far from the airport nor from touristic locations. We had an excellent stay of 3 days. All the amenities like ac, wifi, etc was in very good and working condition. Wifi speed was very good. Staff was courteous and always eager to help. Service was quick.

No secured car parking available. Only limited open parking available. Price not commensurate with services and facilities available.

It was an overall good stay. Had issues with hot water in the washroom. Otherwise rooms were nice and staff was courteous.
