Amparo @ The Mall by HNH

The location of the property was good, but the surrounding roads were very steep. Several amenities, including the TV and landline, were not working despite our asking in advance and being assured everything was functioning. Some basic items, like a dental kit, were requested but never provided. Overall, the service was average but did not meet expectations.

The hotel was situated downside the mall road to which there was no mode of conveyance. Had to carry all the bags by ourselves. Also water issue was also there on monday morning

Best stay in Mussoorie, I have been to Mussoorie for more than 10 times in last 2 years . And stay in Amparo was best experience, I wish I knew about the property a long back. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Poor experience, Denied for basic amenities like dental kit. Hotel path is not suitable for car. No sign board on mall road to find-out hotel. Washroom cleaning is not proper. TV was not operable. limited options in breakfast.

I was shocked by the shabbiness. The room had seepages, bed sheets had stains. Parking is horrible. Never book this hotel.I left the hotel within 15 mins and went to another. This hotel shall be removed from list by MMT. I have raised request for refund also.

The stay was terrible , i was staying wd family and we had an infant and 6year old baby with us. The location of the hotel is not accurately mentioned so its not that easy for anyone to reach the Hotel. The staff was rude and not helpful at all, when we asked if they can come to pick us up since we have kids because we had to walk approx 1kms 1st and then go downwards from a steep walkway …they bluntly refused. Rooms were average, and no options in Breakfast. Overall pathetic stay, Rude staff and below average food.

Location was worst. Food was below average. Also there was seepage in the room. Hospitality was too poor. For everything we had to ask (even for giving fresh towels on second day). Hygiene wise also not that good. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Good Location just a couple of minutes walk to Mall Road. The only difficult part was taking your luggage to the Hotel. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was very tasty. The Manager Shailender ji was very helpful. Value for money. P.S : Don’t expect 5 star amenities at this price and carry your toiletries.

Location was Easily accessible and the view from the balcony was great. Saw sunrise too. We asked for a room upgrade and they gave that free of cost. The staff and the service were also great. Totally worth considering...

It was a mind blowing experience at Amparo really I never ever thought that me n my family got such a great service and food ...i strongly recommend everyone to stay at Amparo

I'd say hotel is good for a weekend stay. But just a small suggestion that property needs some maintenance. Rest is fine.

Access to property is Easy. Has parking facility also. Best thing it's on main road. food was nice. staff was very good and helpful

Location was good .. just 100 meters down in back of gunhill.. Staff was Coperative.. Breakfast buffet was average
