The property is outstanding and offers a true jungle-like experience with lush greenery, ponds, waterfalls near pool, and scenic landscaping. We stayed in the Luxury Cottage with Private Balcony, which was peaceful and beautifully maintained. The resort provides cart transportation within the property and has two swimming pools, including a very large infinity pool (note: pools are not heated). The hotel is also very family-friendly, with an indoor kids’ play area, outdoor swings, and a well-equipped gym plus a games zone with air hockey, table tennis, and carrom. Location The hotel is located on the village side, offering a quiet environment but limited transportation options. Traveling at night is difficult, so daytime travel is preferable. Food The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the complimentary breakfast was very good, though table service was slower than in other five-star hotels. Food prices were on the higher side compared to similar luxury properties. Hi-tea was not available, and although we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel did not offer a complimentary cake—something that most five-star hotels usually provide. The rooftop bar “Zenith” was excellent, with a great atmosphere and electric heaters. Amenities & Service Basic amenities like toiletries, Wi-Fi, and hairdryer were in place, but essentials such as slippers, laundry bag, bathrobe, and welcome snacks were missing and had to be requested. Spa services were available, but steam and sauna were not complimentary, unlike other luxury properties. Service overall was polite but could be more aligned with five-star expectations. Overall A beautiful, nature-rich resort with great facilities, excellent pools, kids’ areas, and a superb rooftop bar. However, improvements in service efficiency, inclusion of basic amenities, pricing of food, and certain complimentary offerings would significantly enhance the overall five-star experience.

The stay was very comfortable. The resort is very beautiful and had all of things to keep you busy the entire day. We spent the entire day exploring Ananta. They have gold carts available at every corner of the resort for easy commute. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Everything was totally upto the mark. For the dinner / breakfast buffet, they have a lot of options and the food was tasty too. Would totally recommend to stay here for a luxury experience. Every corner of this resort is luxe.

House keeping was below standard and unsupervised. Hot water system failed and hotel management team couldn’t repair it. As a result we suffered significant inconvenience due to unexpected change in room.
