AC was not working in luxury cottage hence we had to shift to super deluxe room. In super deluxe room there were many insects in the room and bathroom , also 2 lizard were there in the room.

The stay was very bad, the actual rooms were not provided. I booked super deluxe rooms however the hotel gave me a stay in different rooms. There was no tv in any room. Intercom was not working in any room so you couldn't reach the staff members. Food quality was not good and was very expensive.

Much improvement needed for the property to be 4 star rated

The property could be managed in a far better way with focus on making customer experience better. The current situation doesn't go too well with a 4 star rated property. Though the infrastructure is good but the staff doesn't has much willingness to serve (barring one or two people. Some basic hygiene issues are also there.

Overall stay was average. Resort is not maintained properly. There is a lot of scope for improvement. Food was good and staff is also good and cooperative. Overall look and feel of the resort was not as expected from the pictures posted.

familyOverall the resort is really good and is surrounded by lush green trees. The breakfast provided was also really nice. The only downside i faced was that the geezer was not working and beds were too soft. We couldn't sleep the entire night because of that.

Good with lot of room for better

familyThe stay was ok. Location and ambiance was good but i don't think that the management is doing enough to maintain the same. It looked like they are running the show just for the sake of business. The food was average and keeping the amount that they charge, the breakfast menu was very limited. The positive for the property is their location(4km from safari) the rooms were quite big and well maintained. I hardly saw any flaw in the room or its maintenance. The resort is really big and would be a good place for your kids.

Overall bad experience and not recommended

coupleHad very bad experience, we ordered food and got uncooked roti and we asked for replace then they gave only 2. Then we asked for food menu and waited for more than an hour still they didn’t provide food menu and finally we ordered over phone without knowing food items. There were no shower working in the room, we complained but no action taken. We asked multiple times for dental kit, they didn’t provide that kit. Over all bad experience and not recommend as it is not good property.
