I recently had the pleasure of staying at the the arbor inn, and i must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The inn truly stands out in several aspects that make for an exceptional stay. Amenities: the inn is well equipped with almost everything a traveller could need. From comfortable to tastefully decorated rooms to modern facilities, they've got it all covered. Cleanliness: the level of cleanliness at the arbor inn is nothing short of impressive. Customer service: the customer service at the arbor inn was truly exceptional. They staff members are warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. It's evident that they genuinely care about the guest's experiences. Food quality & quantity: the dining experience at the arbor inn was outstanding. The quality of the food served was excellent, and the portions were generous. It's a culinary treat for those who appreciate delicious, well-prepared meals. Dining here is a must-do during your stay. Location: the inn's peaceful location amid-st nature is a true gem. We have been to the arbor inn recently. The attention to details on every single pieces and corners were just magical. The parking space, the dining hall, the rooms, curtains, washroom, cutlery, furnitures, floor, table, toiletries were all premium and extremely well maintained. The level of hospitality was the cherry on the cake. They made us spellbound with delight with the quality of care. The food was extremely delicious with a decorated serving. The entire package was like an exclusive gift given to us by the team arbor inn. The location is in the outskirts of shillong in a place surrounded by a beautiful forest. The roads are broad and free from the rigorous town traffic. We have no words to explain our experience and we had no idea that such a beautiful place exists amid-st congested shillong. Above all, the price has just made us speechless. Comparing with the level of quality, the price is just nothing. It was a 5 star accommodation with a nominal price. I highly recommend the arbor inn and i wish their team maximum success in their future endeavors.

Stayed for four days at this amazing place in shillong. Apart from the top quality rooms and facilities in an easily accessible location, it's the hospitality of the staff and owners which takes the cake. Environmentally conscious measures like refillable drinking water and breakfast items as per demand the previous night are a nice touch to the entire experience. The tasteful decor of the place and the mindful attention to detail are awe inspiring. The location being a little away from the main city is a blessing in disguise and truly reflects the peace and quiet expected from a vacation close to nature. The most unexpected part is of course the tariff for the place, providing resort quality service and 5 star quality rooms and amenities at this price. Being an avid traveller and having stayed at so many properties across so many tariff ranges, i sincerely hope that such hospitality can be the norm rather that the exception

First thing first, the staff and the property's owner are very very friendly. Every little thing we ate at the The Arbour Inn tasted delicious and didn't cost much. The owner herself served us most of the things and the food was very filling. The property was very spacious, clean and quiet. The amenities were ample. We spoke to the owner a few times, and while sharing some of her experiences, she did teach me a few lessons for life. Undoubtedly, this place is a home away from your home. I would recommend this place to every person who thinks of visiting shillong. This place is little away from the main shillong and that makes it even more special, the calmness away from the city hustle.

The location of this The Arbour Inn is far away from the city. But we wanted to stay away from the city. The main attraction was it is located amid pine tree plantation. The morning walk in the pine tree plantation was so beautiful. In fact we could make a beautiful inst a reel. The hospitality is too great in this The Arbour Inn. They always speak to you pleasantly with a smile. Breakfast was decently good. The best part which made me feel i got more than expectations for the money i paid is the room interiors. It is nothing less than a 3 star The Arbour Inn.

They are a cozy little homestay which give you the experience of staying in a professional The Arbour Inn. The hosts are lovely, they are always looking to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food is yummy and pretty affordable, the property is very clean and well maintained. The only issue is the location, which is pretty far from police bazaar, so travel-ling to and from it is a bit of a hassle. But the hosts also provide the contact no of local drivers who can help you in this regard.

The place is located a little away from the busy city, which makes it perfect to have some peaceful time. Tucked amid a forest full of pines, this inn provides you both quiet and wilderness. The staff here are very hospitable yet they strictly adhere to the dos and don't s of the inn (which is a good thing. Rooms are very clean. The owner of the property is friendly and helpful. Well, cherry on the top is their food menu. It's a delight staying here. Would love to come back soon.

This is a guest house type The Arbour Inn. They provide delicious food as per your requirement. The rooms are very very clean. The overall ambience is too good. All the staffs are very courteous. Good for family with kids as well as couple. One thing to remember that they have prefixed menu as per the owner of the guest house, so you have to tell them early before dinner/lunch so that they can prepare according to your choice. Overall we have enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in arbor inn was the best experience so far. The staff were amazing and the rooms were so clean, calm and the environment was too notch.

Staff and service was really good. Dark theme of the room and dim lights made the ambience a bit dull. Otherwise a nice place and nice service. Food was good (both breakfast and dinner) and at a reasonable price.

There staffs are so good, polite and gentle. There was a lady at the reception she is so humble and soft spoken infact we needed some personal stuffs like beam n all she get it from her home. Overall it was wonderful visit.
