The Arcadia

It was OK, the rooms were manageable and looked visually not so appealing, it was an average stay with breakfast.

During the stay, I was given the room on the second floor. There was continued smoking smell in the room and in the bathroom also. I asked the housekeeping team to resolve the issue. They just sprayed the room freshener. However, there was no permanent resolve. It was very uncomfortable feeling.

Worst experience I didn't even stayed at the Hotel as the Hotel is under renovation even the AC is not in working condition and no proper supply of electricity.I just need refund for the booking.

The room and the hotel is good but I saw to many cockroaches in the room and bathroom. It could be better if not good they

Room service is good. Parking area was good enough

I booked for king size but they gave twin bed, which is quite disappointing.. food at the roof top restaurant should be improved a lot, especially for the breakfast

The property is good, the food is average,regarding the facilities they are doing some renovation may be next time I can say about that overall good.

I stay on 17th Aug 2025 - Sunday , upnormal DJ sound base high till 11.55pm. I could not able to sleep due to more vibration noticed on glass windows and upstairs due to ground floor more DJ base music. other day not found , only Sat and Sunday. Found it in make my trip then I have visited the hotel. Requested to show the room and then have booked the room via MMT

I had a comfortable stay at Arcadia. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The food was also quite good. However, the only issue I faced was the absence of cups for coffee or tea, and there were no buckets provided for bathing. While the shower is suitable for head baths, it can be a bit inconvenient otherwise.

Rooms are good , not great . Service is good I would recommend Arcadia for only one day . I would stay not recommended for more days

Good communication from Reception Desk, arranged very reasonable airport pick up, room neat & clean, decent breakfast near by airport.

Had a wonderful stay in Madurai! The hotel room had a lovely balcony with a great view. Cleanliness was top-notch, and staff were super friendly. Perfect spot to explore the temple city. Highly recommend!

Ac was not working properly and the tariff was too high for this space. There are so many good stays nearby so, I would not recommend this

The Room was clean and good. Good Staff. But varanda always has a smoke smell. it's like a permanent smell. The inside of the room is ok. Breakfast is average with very limited items. I don't recommend this for a family stay. overall ok.
