Poor quality breakfast and hygiene not maintained. DJ sound was heard at 12 AM by the swimming pool and rates of kitchen are too high.

Hotel facilities & food quality very lacking

It was an affordable space but can improve their bathrooms and should lower their food prices which are more expensive than the 5 star properties. The loud music in late evenings is a disturbance for the accommodating visitors.

Totally disappointed with this hotel. No hospitality at all. Basic facilities like water were not available in the room, and although my booking was on a CP plan, breakfast was not provided. There is construction work going on inside the property, making the stay very uncomfortable. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic, with a strong, unbearable smell—just like a dog had been living inside. Absolutely not clean and not maintained. They also refused to give a GST bill, and the reception staff was very rude and even argued when I asked about the GST bill, breakfast, and water. No one is cooperative or responsible in this hotel. Please do NOT book this hotel. It is a complete waste of money and the worst experience ever.

The photographs displayed are significantly do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The overall maintenance of the hotel is poor. The bathrooms had a persistent unpleasant odor, likely originating from the septic system. Although the staff changed my room upon complaint, the issue remained the same in the new room as well. I had booked a three-day stay and paid in advance, leaving me with no option but to continue my stay despite the inconvenience. The rooms feel more like those of a low-budget property, which is disappointing considering the standard portrayed in their online images. The food prices are also disproportionately high compared to the quality offered and the overall upkeep of the place. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is good, easily accessible even with a 7-seater vehicle, and they provide adequate parking space. The staff is polite and responsive whenever assistance is needed.

Main Problem was of Water supply in Morning.No water Supply in some rooms.Location and Ambience was pretty well.

Not so good , swimming pool was not available at the time

The stay was good, especially the night life party that takes place at The Artist House we had good time staying, the thing that can improve is the electronic things in the room like A/C, also the window of bathroom can have more privacy, also the flush of bathroom can be made proper

The cleanliness and aesthetics were good but hated the service there it was mention in the mmt that rooms have refrigerator dryer iron etc bt non of it was there and while we asked for it they simply denied… even the water bottle were chargeable there was no Wi-Fi and the door looks were bad as well key kept getting stuck in the door

overall stay was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent, everything is nearby and approachable. Priyanshu at the front desk was very helpfull
