The Aubiz Villa, Srinagar

Rooms and Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Heated mattress was available. Only issue we faced was we booked room with bfast and were informed during bfast that there would only be 1 paratha or one piece of bread omlette per person. This should be clearly informed while booking and we never faced this issue anywhere else during our stay at Kashmir.

Excellent stay, easy check in and location is just spot on. We arrived early even then they got room ready for us within 15-20 mins. Great host and staff. Parking seemed like an issue but staff took care of that also. Cleanliness of rooms is cherry on top and we had a great stay. Recommended to families and friends.

the stay was great for the price I paid. the caretaker was very friendly and overall the stay was good. I asked for bread omlette but the portion was small but I realised the portions are small everywhere paid or unpaid. so I have no complains 😁

We had booked the family room, and it was an amazing stay. The room was quite spacious, had 2 large double beds, the bathroom had ample space and everything was as clean as it could be.
