The Aurum Subrahmanya

Located slightly away from the road but close to the river. We got a room facing the river which has few river crocodiles. We got to see one on a rock napping. Rooms were clean and neat. All required toiletries stacked in the bathroom. Mattress was conducive to provide good night of rest. Breakfast was simple and yet tasty. Their foods are tagged as JAIN considering most are temple visitors who need to avoid onion and garlic. Restaurant does not serve meals but has choices of south and North Indian dishes. Has a decent size swimming pool with a kids section. Suitable for a days visit to temple and relax before returning to city.

Very good property with premium amenities like swimming pool, spa and gym. Well maintained and staff are friendly. Bit away from the main road but that gives best view of river which is beside the property. They offer drop facilities to the temple with additional charges. Taking out 1 star because of the food served, as it was not worth at the prices paid. Room ordered food was tasteless and not cooked properly which isn’t expected from premium property. Overall room experience was good.

Best part of the The Aurum Subrahmanya is the location but only if you choose river facing rooms. The service from check-in to check out was good. Food was descent both at the restaurant and in room dining. Rooms were well lit, clean and spacious. Being a temple town where people usually visit for pilgrimage, i think they need to adjust the check-in and check-out timings if the guests have scheduled puja timings.

Very good The Aurum Subrahmanya with clean rooms, great ambiance and view. Staff is very polite and helpful. Very close to temple as well. Tasty food at The Aurum Subrahmanya is also available. There is also an antique shop at The Aurum Subrahmanya with reasonable prices. I would recommend anyone to stay here
