The Avenue Center Hotel

Great location. A plethora of options for entertainment, food, and shopping, all of which are pretty much walkable. The The Avenue Center Hotel also has a lovely restaurant & bar called hortus. The only downside for me was the bedding, which i'd expect better quality of, bed linen, pillows, and mattresses - especially in a suite. They also don't have the option of having two keys accessible for a room, which was a little tedious to navigate if we wanted to either step out or sleep in at different timings. I'd definitely go back and stay primarily because of where it's located. It had clean and well-appointed interiors. All in all, it was a good experience.

The The Avenue Center Hotel is located at a nice locality. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. They have a pretty young team and they are very efficient. I hardly had to wait to finish off the formalities of check in and check out. Thanks to the preparedness, it took me less than a minute to check in and check out. The time of response to any room service was exceptional. The staff was very courteous and can communicate well in English. The overall ambience was great and I am sure that anybody staying there would not come across any irritable situation or people. I would recommend this The Avenue Center Hotel to anyone planning a trip down Cochin.

Staffs are very polite. Rooms are very spacious and centralized a.c. car parking is available. Bathroom is okay but shows the age of the The Avenue Center Hotel and a damp smell was present. Ventilation (exhaust) may not be working properly. There are a lot of eateries very close to the The Avenue Center Hotel and in Panampally Nagar. Two good eateries are present adjacent to The Avenue Center Hotel. Overall, it's good for a night stay for family. At present, renovation work is going on. So there is a bit disturbance during day time. But night was calm as renovation works stops by 6pm.

This an average The Avenue Center Hotel only at this price, nothing so exceptional to say about it, breakfast is good with some delicious kerala dishes, i had asked for a 2 hours extended check out since my wife has to attend the exam at 2 o clock in the same The Avenue Center Hotel, but front desk rejected my request since they were expecting some check in’s, but normally most of the The Avenue Center Hotels gives an extended check out at least for 2 hours, but here the cases were different.

The rooms are very good, some are more spacious than others which I prefer. Service and food are great. Mostly fully booked because of it. The only thing needs improvement in need a couple of more changes in the main dish, like chicken mappas, egg curry is on alternative days. More rotations of dishes can be useful for long stay guests. A plastic bottle can be replaced by a steel jug for refilling water. But it's just for improvement, I am very happy with the property. No complaints.

This The Avenue Center Hotel is well equipped with all necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay in the main city of cochin. Food, service, parking, rooms everything is upto the mark. Spacious rooms are the highlight in the budget i have booked. Was quite surprised. Location is perfect. All good eateries are near by. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend for a good stay in heart of cochin

The rooms Worth The money I paid. The interactions I had with The staff was through The reception, housekeeping and room service. The people at The reception are The worst. Arrogant. Ignorant and full of nonsense. But The room service and housekeeping departments were absolutely fine. So it's only while checking in and out that things are horrible. Everything else is fine. I'd stay again.

Located in the middle of hanna polly nagar, this The Avenue Center Hotel is worth, every paisa spent. I got a good deal from MMT too. The place is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is fairly good. There is not much of variety for The other meals. I loved it that they allowed us to order food on the food delivery apps and it was delivered at the room itself.

The Hotel was a friendly stay for me and my boss, staffs was very good with their service and the front desk too was very good, coming to the breakfast can be improved with more non veg options. But over all it was too good with so many good cafe's near the Hotel. We had a good stay.

Worth The money. Breakfast had good spread
