The Avenue Center Hotel

The avenue centre is located in a great locality and is easily accessible. The building looks beautiful and the check in experience was smooth. The room was spacious and well equipped. The major misses in the room at this price were: snacks and refreshments and drinks in the fridge. Also, ironing board was missing( will be send to the room, if asked for). The The Avenue Center Hotel offers a quiet and comfortable stay in a good locality, but a few amenities are missing, like a swimming pool or a gym. Breakfast spread was decent (not too lavish, but enough options were provided). The hortius bar is a must visit on the first floor.

We stayed as a family for one night, room is comfortable and breakfast spread is decent and value for money. Location wise also easily accessible to city for shopping, only one issue we faced was parking, may be due to christmas evening, but security staff helped to manage, overall i recommend for short stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at avenue centre The Avenue Center Hotel in panampilly nagar, ernakulam. The property is extremely clean, staff very courteous and the area is close to many excellent eateries and cafes. We would definitely come back to avenue centre on our next visit to kochi.

Hotel is clean, food is good, rooms are big. Almost 9 days in a month i stay in The Avenue Center Hotels at different city's this The Avenue Center Hotel good and better than the branded chain The Avenue Center Hotels also it is economy. Only the pillows can be of better quality.

First and foremost the property location; proximity to all major landmarks and the city centre. But in a calm hassle free traditional residential street! Cleanliness and maintenance should be appreciated. Last but not least, hospitality is excellent!!!

The location of the The Avenue Center Hotel and the room itself was very nice. Staff are nice and courteous. The buffet breakfast spread can be improved. Also facilities like health club, entertainment room for kids etc is absent.
