Staff on duty at the check-in counter was very rude and didn’t know about a lot of things when asked, basic amenities were not kept in the room we had to ask for it. There is no proper parking allotted to guests. The food at the breakfast buffet was good with decent options.

I stayed with my family for two days.my check in was so smooth.the reception was so good and they are guiding us well.the location was excellent and for my venue P convention it’s very near.rooms were maintaining very neat and clean

We stayed at The Beacon Hotel at Visakhapatnam in July 2025. The hotel rooms are small but in good condition and very well maintained and with modern finish. Remote controlled fans, AC, good lighting in the night and natural light illumination in the day, modern toilets etc made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The best part about the hotel is the kitchen though. We were treated to some of the most sumptuous food during our stay. Not just that, the staff was so helpful that they prepared customised food for us, with no onion/garlic. Any dish we named, they were willing to prepare without Onion/garlic and that just made our stay extremely delightful, as it relieved us of a major worry regarding food for our parents. The reception staff and dining staff are all very responsive and polite. The housekeeping could have been better, with timely provisioning of water / kitchenette provisions etc. But they did provide all initial necessities without any follow-up. Overall, in the budget, the hotel proved to be absolutely worth every penny. If you are travelling to Vizag on business and looking for a cheap but good accommodation, The Beacon Hotel could be your answer.

The stay was simple, car parking was not there. Since it is rainy day we dont have any issue for parking, otherwise it will be very difficult to park car on heated sun. Washroom and room was clean, service was good. Breakfast is good, but there is some weird smell over restaurant which is quite uncomfortable.

The staff at beacon hotel ( mainly narendra. Front office) is very incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel very welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

No amenities provided in deluxe room. By size it is very small. No fruit basket was provided and no mini refrigerator in the room. Ofcourse we have not stayed till morning to avail complimentary breakfast. In nutshell most of the amenities not provided as stated in booking advice.

They charge extra from bedsheet cleaning and towel cleaning...which should be a part of hotel services... The staff informed at the time of check out during final billing

Food: The food was absolutely amazing! From breakfast to dinner, every meal was flavorful, well-prepared, and offered a good variety of options. The quality and taste truly stood out. Amenities & Services: The hotel provides essential amenities, and everything is well-maintained. The standout aspect of my stay was the staff—they were extremely cooperative, humble, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, despite the room size being on the smaller side, I had a great experience. The cleanliness, delicious food, and outstanding service make this hotel a wonderful choice. I would definitely consider staying here again!
