Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was a power failure in the room, the TV and WiFi were not working, and there was no phone connection to contact the reception. Basic facilities need serious improvement.

The hotel facilities are good and the staff was also helpfull Rooms are clean and pretty 😍

The hallway was dirty and was smelling with Cigarettes. The towel and bedsheets was dirty. One of rooms had issue with the air conditioner. Parking was on the road. Overall it was not a good stay when with family. However the reception staff were polite. In the morning the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was sub standard with a lot of flies and had very few options. I would not recommend this hotel if you are staying with family.

Terrible experience. The room is okay, but the bathroom resembles pathetic as a public toilet. The staff are not even checking the booking voucher and they don't even know that they're listing complementary breakfast on the mmt portal. this is the worst experience I've received from any hotel. not recommended. stay away unless you're not a monthly rentee.

I would like to share my experience with beige hotel kozenchery. The room was okay, but the bedsheets were very dirty. Towels were not provided initially, and i had to request them. The bathroom was in a terrible condition, poorly cleaned, and had a strong unpleasant smell. Overall, i do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

THE STAY WAS GOOD.FOOD IS OK BUT NOT MUCH OPTIONS RATHER THAN BIRIYANI,MEALS ,PARATHA &FRIED RICE .STAFFS BEHAVIOUR WAS GOOD.

Good rooms, hygiene. Overall nice, especially the staff's behaviour. Actually i found this hotel from make my trip app.

We took non a/c room, fan without regulator, no tv, full of mosquitoes. Tea was horrible and the took 25- very bad experiance.

There were no towels in the room and i got it in the evening. Wifi was not working.

Nice place near hospital. Food is not that great. Especially meals. Average taste with limited curry options

food is was a bit costly so didn't like the taste as compares to other restaurant gonna rate that Average only pluse the tv and. wifi was very poor other than that rest everything was perfect!

It's not a hotel it's a lodge with no compounded parking facility. It be better if the make sure about hygiene prior delivering the room to guest

Peaceful ambience and friendly staff. Food options are limited. Good parking facility. Also near muthoot hospital.

The stay at beige was good. Rooms are clean and hygine. Bedsheets and other needed things are available. Cleanness o key toilet should be improved more. Staff are cooperative

Excellent sevice by staff and food is just awesome. Neet and clean room bathroom also fine and good provided personal grooming set tooth paste brush comb and soap
