Location is decent, food amenities, and service is below average. They will need to understand the importance of hygiene. A customer coming only to sleep and move out in the morning needs a good need to sleep and a neat washroom.

I regret to inform you that disposable slippers and toiletries were unavailable upon my arrival, necessitating a call to reception. Furthermore, the toilet seat was unstable, and a hairdryer was not provided.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. When I entered my room, it felt like a small box—far too cramped. There was no soap, towel, toilet paper, or any basic amenities provided. They stop taking food orders at 9:45 PM and close the restaurant at 10 PM. Even during breakfast, the options were very limited, and there was no staff attending to guests or asking what we needed. I had to wait around 40 minutes just for tea because they apparently didn’t even have enough milk for their guests. The meal stations weren’t replenished on time, and it took me nearly an hour to finish breakfast, which normally takes me only about 20 minutes. Overall, my experience with this hotel and its staff was extremely disappointing, and I will never visit again.

such a worstest hotel i have ever stayed in my corporate life , in terms of service, in terms of house keeping, in terms of responding for anything they are just worst i ever faced, never try to book this property for any case, i have asked them to clean my room and when i came at evening it was just mess... and breakfast was totally waste of money, just for one ironbox they took 2 hrs to provide still they did not gave me i went myself towards next room to get them........

Property not match with the photo on and quality of bad average ! Toiletries provide on demand. We have MAP PLAN but the dinner buffet is limited and up to vegetarian only and argument is hotel is empty and non vag they provide if customer inform when check in!

There were insects inside, very small space, the extra bed given was not comfortable, they don’t have bar and restaurant as they have described, lift was not good, no man available to take luggage, no parking, no wifi, tv was not working, not enough water to take bath, I didn’t explore stay more, very un welcoming behaviour.

worst stay ever. Will never recommend it to anyone even if free of cost. small dingy, smelly rooms. no towels, no tea bags & no water . Our room was with breakfast but no butter available, hopeless spread. All three days same food. rubberised idlis. I wonder how could MMT even give 4.1 stars to this hotel. Really disappointed. holiday ruined

Beautifully designed hotel with a great rooftop restaurant and peaceful vibes. The staff was polite and service was smooth throughout our stay. Rooms were clean, though a bit compact. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay in Udaipur!

Terrible service by the hotel management, drunk guest are making huge noise around 1-2 AM and disturbing others guest staying g in hotel. No hotel.staff is taking the responsibility for other guest staying in other rooms.. Terrible experience
