It’s a great experience.. friendly & courteous staff.. excellent food and appreciate the call back by the Chef to check on the food taste.. Neat and clean rooms; spacious bathrooms.. front desk quick and fast.. overall great stay

The best place to stay is Chennai. It is near US consulate. You can walk from the Hotel. The staff is very helpful and warm. The food and Breakfast is DELICIOUS ❤️

The towels were not clean , the foul smell and lot of construction still going on ...which make it's a terrible stay , the breakfast is not good

Property location is good, it's clean and spacious, breakfast has a good spread, however it does get crowded as the dining area is small. Overall good experience.

Noisy with loud music. Keys did not work.. 3 trips up and down to get it right. Pretty basic things!

This was my second stay here. As expected everything was good. Good room service, excellent food. Just the restaurant below is good one but a bit expensive.

We were checked in quickly, after giving our IDs. The room was spacious and bathroom neat. The bed comfortable, coffee and tea available in the room. The hotel is in a well connected part of the city. There is an auto stand right outside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is quiet. There are a complete set of toiletries in the bathroom. I’m not sure about the parking facility there as we flew in. We were quite happy with the location and facilities. The buffet breakfast in the morning had western, northern and southern selections that will cater to every taste. Food quality and taste are good. Aero water was supplied in glass bottles so no wasting plastic! There are restaurants close by too if you want a different type of food. The Lord of the Drinks bar is upstairs of the hotel and our room was on the 4th floor so we could hear the beats of the music from our room but nothing disturbing. We were able to sleep.

The stay was really good and in house restaurant food was really tasty and even the free breakfast was worth it so many items to choose from. The good part was staff they were very helpful and polite one of my best stay.

stay was very pleasant the hospitality was gr8 they took special care of me on the breakfast table.icing was i had checked out of hotel but when u cm back after my work u know how chennai is i requested for 0 min room to change n move. the hotel was so certious they accepted my request. the staff was polite nothing new for south of India is known to be so humble n polite I really expected this. amazing stay one thing in found the rooms allotted to make my trip is not the same quality as direct booking and this am saying not fm this stay but many of the past ones .mmt pls u need to get into this part

I had a pleasant experience in Belstead hotel. It located at Center of the city with multiple mode of transportation. I would recommend this place to my friends and family It was pleasant experience while staying at property. Overall hospitality is good. It's located at prime location with all types of transportation

Suite rooms at BELSTEAD hotel are spacious and neat and clean will all amenities provided and Morning breakfast served with both South Indian and North Indian varieties and taste is good and best for budget stay and recommended for all as hotel is located at main area in Nungambakkam with nearby lot of good restaurants and resto coffee houses and visiting places like Valluvar Kottam, EA mall and beach etc Overall stay is very good considering all above

Location was good. Food was average. Complimentary breakfast have limited options. At 8:00 AM 2-3 items got over, they didn't refilled those items. Services included cleanliness and others demands fulfilled immediately.

Decent business hotel. Courteous staff. Though rooms are small they are cleanly maintained. Simple sumptuous food. Can be a four star if some basic stuff like show shiner, laundry bag, slip on etc is provided for business travellers.
