The stay was lovely. The food and everything was great. The privacy and everything was great. No disturbance and room was very hygienic.

Location was good, property itself is so good, full of sunlight and Open space. Rooms were good and clean. It was a relaxing stay

It was a great experience. We had a wonderful time and stay. The ambience was so soothing that it reminded us how beautiful the nature is and how we can stay in touch with it through silently admiring it these beautiful stays which are our only way in the mountains ⛰️

Bir health resort has now become our go to place whenever we visit Bir. The property is in a calm and serine location, close to the main bir market yet adequately distant from the hustle and bustle. The views are so calming, it is like a serotonin retreat. The food is pretty decent and the washrooms are in good shape. The rooms are spacious enough. The staff is polite and very considerate. I would rate this place a 4.5 out of 5.

Super Clean Rooms. I was given an amazing upgrade. Everything was neat and clean. The food was homely and amazing. 10/10 would visit again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place had an awesome view of the mountains. The rooms and restrooms were also clean and neat. The Resort Manager Mr. Mehar was extremely helpful and went extra miles to assist in all our requirements and prompt in the service. They even served breakfast in our room without we even seeking for it. The biking expedition which Mr. Mehar was discussing was interesting which I would b trying some time later.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant interior. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Hospitality, overall view and neatness was good

It was a good experience, the staff was very polite. Breakfast was great. We had some issue with the paragliding team, which got resolved by the hotel team.

Property was clean and very well maintained view is magnificent the staff is good, property manager is very supportive

Breakfast varieties were very limited. The staff is cooperative and very responsive. It is a small property. Views from balcony are good.

Location is good but service was not up to the mark. Rooms were comfortable bit they need to improve

Beautiful property with peaceful surrounding. The room and washroom was tidy with proper sunlight and good ambience. Surrounding too is beautiful with great viewing especially at dawn and dusk. We had opted for paragliding through the hotel and the experience was also safe and adventurous. The food options at the hotel are also decent. In total we strongly recommended the property for spending a good weekend with family or partner.

Pathetic stay. This was my second visit but i think this will be last visit to this property. When i checked in they were not even aware that they have a check in. Reached at around 3pm was hungry as i didn’t had lunch thinking will have lunch directly in my room. Surprisingly nothing was available at that time except tea and pakoda. That too took 1 hr. Tried to order dinner but receptionist mobile no was not reachable and landline was not working. After 30 min of struggle from room finally ordered dinner in which desert was missing. In the morning i checked out without breakfast at 9am. I tried to order breakfast but again he didn’t cared to pick landline and his mobile was not reachable. When i was checking out he didn’t cared to ask about breakfast. I paid my food bill & left. Will never go to this property. They will throw u in your room & thats it u don’t even exist for them
