The Birchwood Retreat

I recently stayed at birchwood retreat resort, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, my furry friend and i were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. It was such a relief to find a resort that not only allowed pets but genuinely catered to them. The resort grounds were beautiful, offering plenty of space for both humans and pets to enjoy. We loved the designated pet-friendly areas, where my dog could run and play freely. The plantation walking trails were perfect for our daily strolls, offering scenic forest views that we both enjoyed. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with pet amenities, making it a cozy and welcoming space for both of us. They do provide customised pet food during your stay, however they do charge for the same. The staff was incredibly attentive and always had a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and it was clear they genuinely cared about both their human and pet guests. They do have few 4 legged friends always roaming the property, so don’t forget to meet them as they are super friendly. Overall, our stay at birchwood retreat resort was wonderful, and i highly recommend it to anyone traveling with their furry companions and looking for an adventure around their plantation. We stay here for 2 nights. For a family with kids and senior citizens, this place is excellent. There are enough indoor and outdoor games, the food is superb and the rooms are clean and huge. The staff was very supportive and attentive. They also have a mini gym which is great for those who enjoy working out. They also do plantation tour. The property is pet friendly so for us it was a treat 😊

The stay was comfortable and the location is absolutely serene and well connected to the road. The food was delicious and the staff was cooperative too. Special mention of the coffee we received as a welcome drink in the resort was amazing. Special thanks to mmt for the seamless booking and cancellation process in an emergency. We had a great experience booking through mmt every time until now.

Beautiful property, lavish rooms. Despite large families in villas, the property has enough place for everyone. The staff were courteous. Few points: breakfast can be a rush at peak times, as the indoor area is small. Staff could be more refined with a bit of training. Place could do with some more activities and play for adults. Interiors getting old, but spacious and lighted. Overall good.

The Birchwood retreat was a very pleasant stay right on kushalnagar - madikeri highway . The place was exceptionally decorated for year end festivities. We also enjoyed the meals at the place 🙂 the staff were polite and very helpful. Recommended for families and friend groups!.

It is a nice property with lot of open space and greenery. It is perfect for pets as they have enough space to roam around. You can get plantation tour and have relax here. Breakfast buffet and property facilities could be better considering the prices charged.

Property is good, food taste is a bad though it seems to be luxury resort and food charges is very high and taste is very mediocre. Overall an average stay nothing fascinating here.

Very nice place in a coffee plantation. The rooms are really spacious and food is good. Breakfast has decent spread. Food place for kids as well. All the staff are very helpful and courteous.

It’s a beautiful coffee plantation stay with your pets. The cottages and rooms are very elegant and is a different experience to stay amid-st nature. The staff is also good.

Very good pet friendly resort with beautiful coffee estate views all around. They have big rooms with gorgeous view.
