The staff behaviour and service is pathetic. A staff named Bubai was so rude that he denied to serve breakfast properly. Room was good, reservation was smooth but the service made me to lower down the score.

The Property is nicely located.Rooms are clean , spacious, and the Staffs are very cordial and helpful. The food is awesome.

Room is good but ,service is very poor.Today I am check out 7.45 a.m ,& I am told them give my complimentary breakfast at the time ,they give me only 2 pcs bread.

It's a decent stay. The basic amenities were there and the food was good. The stuff were all behaved and courteous.

Prime location and easily accessible to most places. Neat and clean rooms. Restaurant is very clean and fairly sufficient options available. Breakfast menu is limited. This may be looked into.

I booked the hotel, the hotel condition is good. But i have paid extra for breakfast rs800+ with a thought that i will be getting buffet bf. But surprise to see a got option of only sandwich, cornflakes. Either of the option i can select. This is highly low standard after paying 860 extra.

Room was not clean and it was stinky as well. In the corridor they had kept the dirty towels bin which stinks and is a negative and odd culture. No images with me

Stay was smooth the hotel was clean and the food so delicious room were great bathrooms gave all the facilities

Service is very good, room was clean and comfortable, food is very fresh and delicious. Location is also good from where you get proper communications to all places.

Very good & nice place and good for stay

My experience was terrible. I had to deal with a landline phone that wasn't working, water leaking in the bathroom above the toilet, and breakfast orders being taken only until 9:45 am with limited options. If you wanted to add breakfast while doing the booking of hotel, they charged 1000, which was not worth more than 200.

Not a bad stay. But it could have been better. The room size is small. The toilet can be much cleaner. Food is okay.

Rate was very high as per the service and hospitality. Front office staff behaviour was also not acceptable. Breakfast quality was very poor
