The property was good but the deluxe rooms cannot be called a room. It only has a bed and a washroom.. would not recommend booking this room to anyone… Even hotel rooms are bigger and better than the room in a resort

Beautiful location, cordial staff. Very good, Clean rooms with all amenities working except the Set Top Box with TV was not working. Food was good but unfortunately no egg items in the breakfast. Power fluctuations found very frequent. The manager informed me that due to rain the power keeps fluctuating with sudden power cuts. Backup generator ensured power restoration without any major outage.

Pros: Nice View, Good Food, helpful staff Cons: rude Manager, limited supplies, Dirty swimming pool, No intercom service. Balconies were full of spiders and webs. N The manager was really rude and not at all helpful. According to him they can charge you the room at any price there is no proper tariff chart.

Room was nice, location was awesome, beautiful and pleasant climate. Route is easy but you should have small vehicle as the last 10 minutes route is very narrow. Trees and plants both side. I rated the place as Average because of its food. Not upto the mark but okay. Many items from menu was not available. Food containers, plates, tea cups, containers all were not clean. Noticed fungus under cover of Poha container at the time of breakfast. Swimming pool is big enough and clean. Room service number was not functional. Overall average experience. For food not recommended. Stay and atmosphere excellent. Make sure every person of your family friends have their ID.
