The Blue Sky

The property location is good and peaceful. we booked a room but that was for 4 people if we had more information we would’ve booked a smaller room. There was some initial confusion regarding the room allotted to us which was resolved by mid day. The food in the The Blue Sky is also expensive as compared to options available nearby. The owner, mr. Abhijit is a very sweet and nice person and will help you with anything. Except for 1 woman on the front desk, everyone else was a delight to deal with. The pool is quite fun and relaxing after a long day in the sun!

I must say the property is value for money. Please don’t go by the look of the building. Inside is very nice. Clean rooms and bathroom. The restaurant or cafe is cozy and management is very warm. We had paneer poppers, egg bhurji, masala tea and French fries. The best French fries I ever had. You can carry drinks from outside and the restaurant will prepare delicious snacks for you. Commuting wasn’t a problem as they have good and reliable auto and cab tie ups. We are thankful to the management. A lovely place to stay. We will surely visit again.

The resort, as a whole, checked all the boxes for a quaint, peaceful stay. The rooms were spacious and had a minimalist decor, the resort itself was quite cute with a bohemian vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the check-in and assistance process was smooth. We came as a couple and found it to be a safe space among-st other couples and guests. The location of, and amenities at the resort were perfect. A total steal of a booking. I would give 2 extra stars for the neatness, decor, and water pressure in the washrooms!

On my first solo small trip from Mumbai, i had been checking the places since a week and finally had booked the blue sky, hoping it to make it memorable and indeed it did. Amazing arrangements and they are still building the place and new rooms. Good home cooked food, tea, snacks. Best part they arranged cake for me after knowing its my birthday. Ashish the owner came for the visit to my room after i had requested then. The care takers of the property are extremely helpful. Thank you for making my birthday memorable.

The homestay is really nice, comforting, clean with really awesome food. But we were three together in one room, though the room was spacious but there was no wardrobe to keep our luggage so we kept the suitcases on the floor. Even in the washroom there were so few hooks to hang our things. Only 1 socket for charging our phones in a four persons bedroom which again became difficult for us. So little of these improvements can be made. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves.

The blue sky has a good location, close to varsoli beach as well as alibaug beach. Yet it is a very calm place for a pleasant stay. Hotel was very neat n clean. The ambience was very good with a small pool for every age group in family. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Although, i felt, rates for stay and food in their restaurant are a bit higher for the location and amenities provided. However, it remains a good option to shortlist for 1 or 2 days stay in alibaug.

This place is at good peaceful location, is well-maintained, and has very cool vibes. The property is well-managed and the staff ensures you have a good stay. Suggestion - the owners should consider creating a separate kitchen for veg and non-veg food. The present kitchen seems very small to effectively handle both food seperately. (we did not eat there) if you are a jain or vegetarian, you may want to ask for a room away from the kitchen.

We stayed there for 2 days and our stay was comfortable. Things we liked - 1. Room are small but well maintained. 2. Hotel food is amazing 3. Staff is very well behaved and helpful 4. Very near to varsoli and alibaug beach 5. Garden area is good for hanging out things that could be better - 1. Bedsheets were old 2. Swimming pool was not clean 3. Rooms don't have tv we would like to rate this as 3. 5/5

Nice place, cooperative staff & well location

Homestay is near the beach and food is good. We stayed there with family. Staff is really nice. Rooms are clean and big enough. Please order before hand because they do take time for food preparation.

Our family stayed for 2 nights at the blue sky. We had pleasant experience. The staff is quite friendly and polite. They have beautiful swimming pool and very well maintained garden. We would love to stay at the blue sky again.

The The Blue Sky was beautiful but it was more like home stay. Pros- it was beautiful, rooms were spacious, 2 double bed was given to us( husband, wife and 2 kids) and nice ambience. Cons - food was costly but tasty, no room service, no tv(wifi pwd was given), varsoli beach was around 1. 3 km from The Blue Sky. Overall if you have your own vehicle and are not tv lover then great.

very beautiful place with amazing service. the entire area is quite large, very peaceful and clean. the food provided was very delicious. the rooms are very pretty, clean and quite spacious for two people. this place is very near to alibaug beach hence very convinient. would surely recommend others to visit.

The stay was really good, the host was very friendly as well. Food rates are average, it's the same as any other restaurant in the area. If you are planning to visit alibaug, the blue sky is the best place to stay as the beach is also very close.

Overall it’s a pleasant experience. We enjoyed every bit of it. Staff was friendly and polite. Great place to spend quality time with family.

The rooms were clean in general, but one of them had a slight peculiar smell. The food was decent but the tea was only good when made by the morning chef. The pool was clean and the staff was courteous. Overall a good stay, but please do look into adding a room freshner into the rooms.

We had stayed for a night. It was a memorable experience. Pleasant stay, amazing food, superb host's (owners. Hospitality was fantastic. Overall had a great time. Definitely looking forward to visit again.
