The best part of the resort is the people working here. They are so warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a special time. They even decorated the room and made our time so special. Thank you so much team. Will surely visit the place again. What i liked the most: 1. All the staffs here are so welcoming, polite and goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is uplifted. 2. The location is just breathtaking and relaxing. Get the private balcony rooms. The view is just wow. 3. The food is always prepared fresh to order. 4. Barbeque is a must try. 5. The swimming pool was clean and big enough. 6. The game room is awesome to chill. 7. The deck area is wonderful specially at night with all the lights. 8. The decor is awesome. Love the vibe and colors. Bob marley is etched in every corner of this resort. The vibe is great. 9. The garden is clean and well maintained. 10. The lake is just 5-10 mins walk from the resort you can take an evening stroll or visit the nearby sight seeing points as well. 11. If you are planning to host any special event here, you should go for it. They ensure your special day is memorable. Loved the decoration and the cake. 12. Rooms are big and have all the amenities. Tv, ac, electric kettle. Washrooms although don't have individual geysers they have solar water heaters for hot water. Few things to keep in mind while travel-ling here: 1. The last few kilometres to reach the resort is bumpy so be prepared. It is totally worth it for the serenity and peace of the location away from city bustle and noise. 2. The rooms are big and spacious. It can do with a bit of maintenance. 3. Washrooms are clean and big. The hot water is limited, so, ensures you time your shower accordingly. A little maintenance will make this wonderful. Will visit again guys. Thank you so much.

We headed to pawn a lake last weekend and had booked glass wall room in the bob house resort. However the other normal room was much much better as it had a very big balcony with lake view and clean washrooms. They hosted us with various indoor and outdoor activities along with swimming and barbeque. Food was decent (veg, no idea about non-veg. The staff was very friendly and they made sure to fulfill our requirements. Yes although the road to reach here, specifically last 3 kms, is not good but it's kind of a different experience. Hotel staff had guided us with the best possible route to reach the location to avoid any traffic or long routes. All in all, it was a good decent stay near the lake which also features tikona fort trekking near by and various boating activities as well.

We were there for a night (only staying) to attend a friend's marriage. This place is gorgeous (bob marley graffiti all around) and scenic view. Good location, however approaching road to the resort (almost 3. 5 kms) is challenging. The design of rooms, swimming pool, balcony and the panoramic view of the lake and mountains is breathtaking, rooms and bathrooms are large, open area and parking done right. As i have already mentioned the road approaching the location is terrible, full marks to the property. Staffs and caretaker were also good (they did their job well and treated us really well to the best. Buffet breakfast was good, multiple options along with boiled eggs.

The property is really well maintained, offers great view and with top notch service. Staff and owner are very polite and on toes for help. I would recommend this property for family outings, friends reunion or simply weekend gate aways. I would definitely visit this property again soon. The food offered was fresh and tasty, the breakfast had varieties and fruits so it makes a complete meal. Room sizes are big and bathroom had tub bath in it. The usp of property is their infinity pool, you get to play snooker and table tennis as indoor games and badminton/ cricket/ volleyball as outdoor activities.

It's a wonderful property with excellent food and services. The staff makes you feel extremely homely and comfortable. Aamir goes beyond exoectations to make everything possible of customers comfort. Property is clean and maintained. At the edge of the lake with a pool, the view and the weather fits perfect. Only the road to the property is terrifying only SUVs are suggested, I had a hard time with Dezire. Moreover, you can take Kamshet Exit on Expressway rather than taking Lonavala exit. The place is at a scenic location, staff is cooperative and in-house restro delivery’s superb food. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Just a suggestion for mmt, the rooms distributed on your site need to have real-time update system as the room we booked was already given to someone else stating from the staff that its first cum first basis. I spoke to the staff and got a better replacement done, still mm t need to address this issue or add a disclaimer that this property serves room as per first arrival

The is amazing with lake view on one side and green carpeted mountains just adjacent it on the other sides. The place is also good with a swimming pool, a dance place and a spacious dining area with good view. Definitely a place to choose of you want a good stay away from populated areas. The downsides are the place looks older than what's shown in the pics, partly bcoz of the climate here which makes any place look old due to moss and algea growth on outside surfaces. The approach roads are also worst.

Visit during monsoon the location of the place peaceful, quite isolated, a walk down to the Pawna dam very close by worth it and interesting. The approach road has some bad patches. The front view awesome, scenic. Food excellent, though tried only vegetarian. Cook was ready to discuss the types of preparation. Service excellent, staff were very courteous and helpful. Responded very promptly. Good place for a group party, electricity supply fluctuations, inverter dependency but cool environment.

The tab at bob house was excellent in take care is us. They went extra mile to get the things we needed during the start. And we loved the dogs cookie and lucy. Thank you team!

The bob house resort is ultimate destination near pawan lake. Just 5 min walking distance from pawan lake. It was amazing experience, one can view beautiful lake and mountain from the room itself. Also enjoyed swimming pool. Food quality is best. Staff was very humble and helpful, especially amir. He was always around helping you and making your stay comfortable.

Nice place for family and Group stay…Amir was very Helpful and Friendly throughout our stay. Food taste was nice specially Misal Pai was too good, Must try.

It was a nice place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake from balcony, food was prepared fresh and tasty but the main problem about place is the conveyance, we were tourists, had to hire car which costed 2200- instead of 1400- (uber rate)from pune to the property and from the property to bombay airport it costed 5500- which was beyond anybody expectation. No cab service is allowed in lonavala

Rooms are as expected and staff are really good. Breakfast was good. The facilities can be little improved. Pool can be more cleaner and indoor games room can be upgraded. Food is costly for the quality provided.
