The location of the hotel was good, but the stay didn’t meet expectations. The rooms are container units, and the bathrooms had a noticeable smell. The indoor games area was outdated and not maintained. The food quality was average, though the service from the staff was good. With some improvements, this place could offer a much better experience.

Located at a nice slot to view Pawna lake & amazing sunset. Infinity pool view is no longer available, as they have placed rooms right next to the pool blocking the view shown in pictures. The game room can be cleaner. The common places have spider webs everywhere but lights make the place more attractive in the evening. Food quality is really good. Loved it.

Property location was a little far away from our expectations. From Lonavala railway station it's 25 kms. Food was awesome. We preferred only veg food which they served deliciously. Amenities and services were also excellent. Especially Darren was very kind enough to make sure our small vacation over the weekend is smooth.

First thing I would like to point out is that the staff is good. really nice. but the resort is very poor. starting from the room intotok the one with two double.beds. there is no ceiling fan just two small round fans (powerful) Water from AC was leaking though it was fixed later on no geyser (stay dependent on Solar that too wasn't there ) there is room service only for tea if you have to have anything it's either outside the room or in common area. the food quality is ok ok but the prices are very high. the quality of resort is not as compared to its price the blankets were full of dust and smell lastly I'd summarise by saying, if you are planning to visit this side and don't have any other option than this. I'd recommend you stay home rather than choosing this. absolute waste of money.

Food is nice. Stay is somewhat comfortable. There is no view from the balcony. Beverages are very expensive. Found it overpriced considering the view and the facilities provided.

The property is good, cleanliness is maintained. Food quality is average compared to the rates - moreover on higher side.

The stay at Bob House was amazing. It's a beautiful property with mesmerizing view of Pawan Lake and Tung Fort. We went there to relax and we got it for sure. Service is great. The food was good. Manager Abhijeet made sure that we get all that we need to make our stay memorable. Overall we had a great and memorable experience staying there. Would love to visit the property again.

Average location and below average rooms. No hot water available. Not a great experience for such high price on weekends. Not recommended stay.

Bob house is a very nice property. It has amazing views from the rooms. The glass cottage room we booked was very neat and clean. I went with my family with 2 kids. They has great time.

Overall a good experience staying at this place.
