Tea and coffee basic are tasteless very bad food is ok ok not good and Room door lock issue washroom cleaning not properly normal TV channel also not available

Great property , great peaceful location with excellent valley Mountain View from balcony . Banti bhai who was taking care of things there is also very humble and decent and was available immediately if something is needed .

I booked 2 rooms in one room gazer was not working, room freshner was not there in toilet. We reached there around 11. 30 am and nothing was there to eat.

Great experience and staff was very cooperative and kind. Whole staff is very adjustable. Location is really superb.

I recently stayed at this bnb and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the property itself was decent, several aspects of my stay left much to be desired. First and foremost, the check-in process was cumbersome and poorly managed. Despite arriving at the designated time, i had reached early and hands hour 5 hours they took me extra which was 1200- high had to wait an 30 minutes for ordering the food and had to take an update weather my room is ready or not. The staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. Another significant issue was the lack of food options in the afternoon. The bnb did not provide any meals during this time, which was particularly inconvenient given that they have a strict policy against bringing in outside food. This left me with no choice but to go out for meals, which disrupted my schedule and added unnecessary hassle to my stay. Moreover, the room itself was not as clean as i expected. There were noticeable dust and some stains on the crockery which made the environment feel less welcoming. The amenities provided were basic and did not match the descriptions or pictures on their website. On a positive note, the location of the bnb was quite good, with no easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The wi-fi connection was also reliable, which was a plus. Overall, my stay at this bnb was disappointing due to the inefficient check-in process, lack of afternoon food options, and cleanliness issues. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

The room was fabulous and the services too, as we used to get a knock on the door for the meal ordering so it was convenient. We even got amenities like refrigerator. The only problem i felt was with the availability of soft drinks and some food items which were lacking. Otherwise overall it was a memorable experience.

There is lack of proper amenities in the hotel and bed sheets, towels are not clean

Rooms are good but in this hotel we can’t order food after 4 pm as well as we have to order lunch from outside restaurant. Overall no facility for food here

Location is bit outward, but it's on the road and thus easily accessible

That was a great experience staying over there the caretaker was a very humble person

The room was clean and well organised. Care taker was good. View was amazing from the balcony. The stay was on best location in which you can see the view of the shimla with mountain in backdrop from you balcony.

We stayed in bodhi tree bnb in december. The view from our room was simply great. It's located in the middle of pine trees. Rooms are aesthetically built with wooden finishing everywhere. The host was really helpful. He arranged cab for our local travel. It shows in shimla in jan/february and the view is 10x better then from what we saw in the pictures. If you're looking for a place post jan, you should just go for this. Things to looks out for: place does not have central heating but has a room heater. Since we came from a hot climate, it took us sometime to get used to the cold. But it's not a deal breaker.

Great room with attached balcony giving view of valley. Staff is also very nice, specially ravi from reception he helped us a lot in early check in and arranging whatever we asked for. Loved the overall stay. Away from the busy mall road. Yes. The bed and mattress was good. All food was served hot

I had a wonderful stay at the bodhi tree b&b. This place is 20 minutes away from the lift. The room was clean and very comfortable. The view from the room was just breathtaking. I’d definitely visit again.

Lovely b&b, good staff, spacious rooms, food was made well. Steep road driving can be an issue for some. Kitchenette could use some tea bags, sugar and creamers for odd hour tea and coffees. Overall 4/5 experience.

The staff there lack sense of responsibility and hospitality. The laundry experience was terrible. No kitchen there. The food arranged by the hotel staff was tasteless, and too expensive

All superb but food prices costly

I felt it to be overly priced. Wifi was terrible. Good in cleanliness. Breakfast had only paratha, sandwich and omelette daily. The view from the balcony was ok. There are many better ones nearby. The matteress was too soft. And don't make a mistake to ask for cab from the host, as he will give you very costly driver by saying that its season time. Everyone in shimla loots you by saying it's a season time. Bdw, better go to other beautiful places in himachal.
