Date of stay: 04-11 to 05-11-17 Charged us: including everything) Pros: Entrance was amazing Interior was above the mark, you can see by yourself from pics uploaded by the The Bridge Room size was good as well as lightening Tasteful food(had dinner and breakfast) Hospitality was also good Cons: you can't take your taxi to the gate you have to walk No one was there to attend us for breakfast(as they don't provide free breakfast), after calling the receptionist they gave us breakfast(don't order Poha)

Went with Mrs for a business trip, receptionist was good and polite, staff was also polite. Rooms are good and spacious with all amenities. Location is a bit far, the only negative point was we asked for tea at 6.30 am in morning but was denied due to reason that staff will come after 7. Called at 7.15 am but still staff did not came. We had to check-out without tea or anything to eat.

Everything was okay. But till 10:30 PM there was some music sound coming in room which was a irritating factor. Apparently music was playing in same premises. Although this The Bridge is located on main road hence locating The Bridge was not difficult. Also it has good parking facility.

It was with family stay, we enjoyed the stay and delicious breakfast, the only thing we did not like was. additional bed, we booked two rooms and in one of the rooms we booked for 3 adults and instead of additional bed, they provided us one mattress. which was unprofessional.

Good value for money The Bridge. Would stay again. This is a new construction. It is located in crowded part of the city but it is easily accessible. Staff is polite and good. There is a restaurant in this building. We had awesome dinner at the restaurant The Bridge.

It was absolutely worth every single penny we spent considering the professionalism of the staff and the overall stay. All the concerns were addressed by the staff very politely and humbly, however we did not have many in the first place as everything was great!

Stay was pleasant, room service was good. Breakfast was repetitive and needs more variety.
Everything was OK except for the fact that I had to prevail over the management to get the third bottle of complimentary bisleri bottled water supply.

It's a good place for a short business stay. However, there are a couple of service issues: (1)The breakfast options are very rudimentary! (2)Despite multiple requests, the geyser just didn't work, and it can be a bit of pain in the winters!

Excellent place to stay. Very good location. Real value for money. Very courteous staff. Really clean and hygienic place. I would recommend all to satay at this The Bridge. Make my trip is an excellent platform.

Hotel location is very bad and it is very expensive and The Bridge staff are very nice and but the food in the The Bridge is not as good as it should be because I think they do not know how to make good food.

The The Bridge cleanliness is very good. The check in process is fast, this time they provided room at 3rd floor, same room is very good quite spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. The food is spice but tasty.

Hotel is good and in nice location ... Value for money Rooms are clean and large enough. I enjoyed the stay .. Never the less food was awesome .. We ordered same order twice only for taste. Best The Bridge in Kanpur with this price

Location is away from the main city. Rooms are clean but bedsheets are old.
