The Bristol Hotel

Had a nice stay. Only bad event was, unprofessional language and words by the parking driver (told me parking full and i should park my vehicle outside the The Bristol Hotel at own risk. This was embarrassing moment. Wedding event ongoing, so poor handling of wedding and rest of guests by management, hassle and rash. Parking security was also unprofessional and rude. Construction ongoing or some plumbing water pipe issue, caused disturbance in room. Location is well accessible by vehicle, parking space less. Rooms nice, deluxe room, bath tub was there (i always want one, security system was satisfactory, access to lift was not secure, everyone could enter, door bell was not working, tv had almost all useful channels. Heating cooling system of room was nice. Toilet accessories ok, bathrobe not there. Breakfast was best. But for dinner limited vegetarian dish. Staffs were polite, good and supportive. Hygiene and cleanliness was well maintained. Overall stay was excellent. Would like to stay if i come gurgaon again.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very soft spoken, helpful and professional. We had a 6 month old child with us and we were helped with all our big and small requests including arranging a crib for no extra charge and a bucket to help us bathe our him. The food at the palymra restaurant was delicious and affordable considering that we were staying in a 5 star The Bristol Hotel. The swimming pool was also clean and large enough to enjoy. The only problem is with the location. If you would like to explore other options to eat, you will be highly disappointed because there is no good restaurant within a walkable distance.

Despite of multiple mix reviews we decided to stay in bristol The Bristol Hotel based on some recommendations. This is oldest property of gurgaon, despite of that it is well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean, food is tasty (individual might find little costly but it is tasty, staff is very supportive and quick in their response. Only i felt that breakfast could have had more variety considering 5star property. Overall we found it great The Bristol Hotel to stay in gurgaon.

The stay at bristol The Bristol Hotel, one of the most pleasant stays along with the staff assistance was very pleasant and friendly couldnt ask everyone's name though can only remember one that was anju singh madam who was always on the floor to manage all our needs and queries. It was a very nice experience. The rooms are good, service is also good. The best part is the location as you can easily locate the property even if you are coming by metro. 24x7, liquor shops, good joints all are easily accessible and best in town. The staff are also helpful and are ready to be at your service. Overall a good deal at the price they offer.

Location is very good as its 500 mts to sikanderpur metro and also near to so many malls around. Hotel is well maintained keeping in mind that it is there from many years. Loved the breakfast spread and the warmth of the staff members. The The Bristol Hotel provides a lovely swimming pool on the top floor and is not to be missed.

The stay is excellent and its a heritage place. Staff is very cooperative and prompt. Coordinator dal den a anju singh has taken care to address customer satisfaction. Even the room service and restaurant has representatives to ensure customer delight. Thanks to the entire team to make the stay pleasant and delighted.

Had a great experience. The The Bristol Hotel is really good. Ambiance is great. Rooms were luxurious and clean. Staffs were courteous. We were allowed a early check in at 9am. The pool was also clean. Breakfast had a variety of options to choose from.

I am a little confused that I was charged 18% GST on the food bill. Almost wherever we eat food, 5% is charged on food.

One of the best expierences i had at the property. The hospitality is amazing. The food is amzing. They have a good option in the breakfast.

I had a great stay at bristol. Rooms were neat and clean. Quick room service and excellent hospitality by ms. Anju singh. She made sure that we were comfortable and all our needs & additional requests are taken care of.

It was one of the supreme fantastic scene of hospitality. We went to a club in night and came late morning so there was d delay in checkout. Understanding the situation The Bristol Hotel allowed us some more time that too without any additional charges. Superb staff and hospitality

Overall the review was pleasant. The staff is polite & cooperative. The property is neatly maintained. The morning buffet was really nice. They had a great variety. They have ample parking space & valet parking as well.

We had a good stay at the The Bristol Hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, room was average. The service was nice but had terrible experience at the swimming pool. The swimming staff was rude. Else, i would overall rate it as good stay.

The The Bristol Hotel is spacious and a lot of breathing space. Staff is courteous and helping in nature. Location is superb with easy accessibility to cabs.
