stay was good but I think they have to work more on room cleanliness because bedsheets were all dirty even after changing 2times bed bugs were all around which did not let us sleep

1. The room was very cramped with no space to move around the bed. 2. The wardrobe handle was broken 3. The room was full of mosquitoes. They had a mortein machine, but it didn't have liquid inside it. I had to do a lot of follow-up to get mortein liquid bottle replaced. 4. Basic things like water bottle, mirror and hand towel in bathroom were missing. 5. Mirror in the room was placed at odd location with no space to stand in front of the mirror 6. Room didn't have any phone and no facility to call reception. I was allotted room on 2nd floor and had to go down to reception at the ground floor when i had any issue. 7. Staff at reception was completely ignorant and had no empathy towards the problems we were facing. The only thing i heard them saying is "this is what you get in standard room" 8. I spent for this room and got such a pathetic experience. 9. The room is absolutely not recommended for family. In the morning, we didn't have water for 10 minutes. We had to follow up with reception to get it back to normal.

businessExperienced was too good actually best, specially staff receptionist housekeeping and room service. I'll share one incident, i'm businessman i want to see cnbc or youtube early morning for market sentiments tv is not working or not connecting to the internet. I'll call mr. Shivam he change all tv setup in 10 mins. I'm impressed. One suggestion for browns owner please don't relocate your staff. In a month i'll stay in your hotel near about 7-8 days and program continues. We use your suite to normal rooms also. So please once again request don't relocate your staff specially kumud ma'am and shivam sir.
