The bulevar - whispering willows lahaul : most probably they are new property. The rooms are good and spacious. Manpower issue is there, therefore delay in service is a definite issue. Menu cards may show you so many things but in reality they can't provide what they promised in the menu card (may be again man power issue. But instead of all, their effort for making it good is honest as far as so. Hotel business related to the tourism industry is a bit of a competitive area and therefore they need continuous and innovative upliftment of their service. Hope for the best in the future.

Given the town & the price we paid, the The Bulevar- Whispering Willows is amazing and value for money. The service & hospitality is amazing. The preparation of food needs to be better. Balcony rooms doesn't guarantee uninterrupted views of the snowclad ranges.
