The Bull Boutique Hotel

Nestled between the quaint streets of White town, The Bull Boutique provided excellent hospitality and services. We had booked the executive room in 4th floor which was on the smaller side, but it had all the required amenities along with mini freeze, cupboard, hair drier at washroom etc. All tucked in, giving the room a nice cozy feeling. They provided complementary buffet breakfast which even though lacked a lot of varieties, still was excellently prepared and served. Both the The Bull Boutique Hotel and restaurant staff provided excellent services and hospitality, always with a smiling face. We even got 10, a discount at the restaurant. The same was not given for room service, even though it was prompt. The food quality was also awesome and they had a variety of options to order from including Indian, Italian and Chinese. Again and again I will appreciate the hospitality of the The Bull Boutique Hotel staffs. When we checked in our cupboard had one broken door, which they mended by calling a carpenter promptly. The The Bull Boutique Hotel also have a little parking space along with 24hr security at front gate. We rented a scooter from the bike rental place just opposite the The Bull Boutique Hotel which we could easily park in front of the The Bull Boutique Hotel. Kudos to MMT and The Bull Boutique for making our stay memorable.

While we were there we realized that we paid a much higher rate than usual so my review is accordingly. Positives: The location is great. The beginning of the Promenade is a few minutes away so it's a great starting point to explore all of the french areas. They had parking available, which we realized is a blessing in Pondicherry. The service is great! Starting from the guard to the reception, everyone made us feel welcome. Some negatives: The bathrooms are quite basic. The hand shower was leaking so a part of our bathroom was wet the whole time. When we reached, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom which they did end up fixing. The drainage is the bathroom was poor, so having a shower meant the whole bathroom floor got wet. The bed had a big thick mattress but it wasn't the most comfortable. The quilt was tucked in so tight that to sleep we had to wrestle it free, which undid the sheets and it was just a whole unpleasant process every night. We did request them to not tuck in the sheets but I guess it didn't get communicated. Overall it was a decent stay. Had we paid the regular rate, our experience might have been better.

We stayed for two nights at the Bull Boutique The Bull Boutique Hotel. It was conveniently located as we wanted to visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram as well as taking a stroll along the seaside. The neighborhood is quite lively and there is an abundance of smaller and bigger stores as well as restaurants and bakeries nearby. The Bull Hotel is situated on the edge of heritage town which has a more Indian feel to it but white town, the more french looking part, is close by. Our room at the Bull Hotel was very clean and nicely furnished, with a small seating arrangement and a large and comfortable bed. Nice paintings at the wall. Good shower. In the morning a small continental breakfast buffet was provided. On the second day we discovered there was also the option of ordering an Indian breakfast which we did. This was really nice. The people at the Bull couldn't be more friendly. They really went out of their way to be of assistance. The only minor downside to our stay is that my husband didn't really fit into the bed as he is quite tall - 1.87 mtrs. But, this happens a lot.

Our stay at the Bull Boutique Hotel, Pondicherry was a quite an experience. We were welcomed wholeheartedly by the staff present along with the operations manager. They were very courteous and friendly. Our room was big enough for our child to play around. The rooms are pretty close to the lift which is very helpful for persons with special needs. The The Bull Boutique Hotel is equipped with all the basic necessities required for a comfortable stay. The The Bull Boutique Hotel is very clean. The housekeeping staff is excellent. I must also say that the restaurant staff is very caring and flexible considering we had a 3-year-old child with us. The choice of food is excellent. One must try the Eral Kuchi (or something) it's yum. The The Bull Boutique Hotel is very strategically located. It's very close to Rock Beach and very close to the local market. All these can be covered in foot. The calmness and peaceful street in which the The Bull Boutique Hotel is located is a bonus. Highly recommended.

* the hospitality of The Bull Boutique Hotel stuffs is exceptionally good. We stayed there for 4 nights, and found no reason to complain about anything - from food to prompt room service. * breakfast and lunch/dinner served at in-house restaurant is good, and tested fresh. * the The Bull Boutique Hotel is relatively closer to beach so it was easier for us to go to the beach in the morning or afternoon, at the end of daylong sightseeing elsewhere. * toilet was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, no issue with geyser or shower. * only issue that i can think of is the overwhelming smell of room fresher in our room on the day of checkin. Not sure if that was to suppress the aftereffect of previous room occupant with smoking habit, or something else.

Our stay at the bull boutique The Bull Boutique Hotel was very pleasant. Located in the heritage town in pondicherry it is almost near to all tourist places. The The Bull Boutique Hotel itself has a very good restaurant with good food options. In my point of view the breakfast options could have been a bit better. But the ambiance, room and staff is very courteous and friendly. They accommodate almost everything that you request them. And even give good suggestions about pondicherry if you visiting for the first time. I would definitely recommend this place for budget quality stay and would definitely stay here again whenever i visit pondicherry again. Good location good restaurant courteous staff neat and clean

I stayed in this The Bull Boutique Hotel for 3 nights. They welcomed us with a welcome drink. The super deluxe room booked was ready. I was with my children; youngest is 2 years. There is a restaurant which serves good food. No worries about food. The room is taken care by the attendants. A robust reception is available round the clock for all help. I had a trip from pondy to velankanni, the The Bull Boutique Hotel staff arranged a good cab. The driver too was really helpful, indeed the trip and stay was too nice and we really enjoyed it.

The The Bull Boutique Hotel is very cozy and comfortable and at a close distance from rock beach. The The Bull Boutique Hotel staffs were very supportive and adjusting to our needs. They allowed us to have a late check-out as we were a little unwell, though at a minimal cost. The restaurant staffs were very helpful and courteous as well. I'd definitely recommend visiting this The Bull Boutique Hotel if you want to live near to rock beach and white town, and don't want to spend too much in getting a seaside villas.

Starting from taxi arranged by The Bull Boutique Hotel to the cheerful welcome by the reception, it was great. The Indian breakfast was really good and tasty. The front desk was very helpful and the room was small, modern and clean. Enjoyed my stay.

I went there with my husband and we had a very pleasant stay at The Hotel. It is at a walking distance from The Rock Beach and centered in The middle of The City. Every place is approachable. Hotel is clean, staffs are very cooperative and responsive. Food is very nice. They have good combination items for breakfast. Parking is also there in The street. They will put The parking sticker.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bull Boutique Hotel. The executive rooms are a bit small but v neat and clean. The Hotel staff was very prompt and friendly. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

This place is located ideally with easy access to The Beach and other locations. The food is good and The rooms and reasonably clean and comfortable. The service is very good. Overall a good place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying here and the services and hospitality from the staffs were awesome. Very nice room and really good breakfast. Respect for privacy is remarkable.

Location was very good, within walking distance of popular spots. Staff at the The Bull Boutique Hotel took personal care. Though the rooms are a little small, they are well maintained by the team. Breakfast was good. Parking is on the street but there is 24 hour security who keep an eye.

The property located at the prime location which is white town from there everything is walkable distance you can explore nearby cafe it was a good stay!

Me and my childhood buddy went to Pondicherry to refresh our 48 year old friendship. We stayed in Bull Boutique Hotel for three days and two nights. The stay was peaceful, no disturbance at all. Food was good, service was impressive and welcome at the reception was overwhelming. Will visit again.
