The Bungalow by Sandoz, Lajpat Nagar

The stay was pretty good and the rooms was hygienic. The washroom was clean and tidy. Toiletries and the bathrobe were a positive touch.

The location was the best part of this hotel. It is close to ring road and easily accessible. However, there was no lift and no lobby in this hotel. Absence of the lift was troublesome. Room cleanliness was average with no wastebin in the room. It was a small room. Staff were co-operative. No breakfast inclusion option was available with the room. Overall the experience was average and it was not value for money

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I recently stayed at this hotel for a work trip. The washroom was dirty, the bed was dirty. After repeated requests also they did not clean it. The worst part is, the hotel refused to give me an invoice at the time of check-out, since it was a work related stay, I needed the invoice to submit in office. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was good, but the service was poor. The receptionist is rude there, and the whole ambiance of the hotel was off. When we asked for water, they didn’t give us on time. We had to go and get the water on our own.

The hotel entrance is very dingy but once we go up the room is good. The service and staff is quite average. They have a good restaurant and the food there is quite good. The place is close to Lajpat nagar metro and the market.
