The Byke Brightland Adventure Park & Resort

I recently stayed at Byke, and it was an amazing experience. The The Byke Brightland Adventure Park & Resort is conveniently located near Lake and echo Point, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a beautiful view from my room. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly and always ready to help, ensuring that all my needs were met. I particularly appreciated [mention a standout staff member or service]. We had booked super delux room for 2 and once we reached The Byke Brightland Adventure Park & Resort with additional guest they upgraded our room to executive without much charge, i liked that very much. We are foodie and veg and i can say that food was absolutely amazing (small tip take only lunch dinner option, u can opt for unlimited thali in reasonable price for one time. They arranged live music, magic show and sport activities for the guest which was very unique and felt really good to be part of the journey. Swimming pool can be more clean but hey no complaints since they have lot of options for enjoyment )

Dear sir/madam, the stay was good and staff members cooperation was excellent. Food arrangements is excellent. Shortcomings for improvement: 1. Early morning coffee/tea arrangements to be done for guests 2. Leaflet indicating matheran to be provided to guest as guide for improvement of tourism 3. Throwing garbage/waste near room. No. 136 & 137 to be avoided as it gives bad smell when the guests coming out of the room

Had a good experience. Its a good 15 mins walk from matheran railway station, but property is good inside forrest on way to echo point. Approach road does not have enough light after sunset, which should be fixed. Breakfast had good options and was good. Evening tea starts only after 5 which was quite late. Monkeys are a menace but thats all over matheran. Overall had a good time

The location of resort is very good. Major Matheran view points are nearby. I had not so good experience of service at reception. I booked executive suite and was initially denied the room rather was offered with Delux room but later upon repeated insistence it was managed upon request. Service needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness as well.

Property was good. Rooms are big enough and cleaned. Location is also nice. Little far from railway station but we can enjoy the nature. Food is pure veg. Taste is also good. Entertainment show in dinner time by The Byke Brightland Adventure Park & Resort was nice. Hotel to improve maintain cleanliness out site the rooms. Overall stay is good.

Rooms are very good and specious. Food is also good. It's about 800-900 meter away from matheran railway station. Echo point is about 1km. Resort has many activities like zip-line, air cycle, archery, bridge crossing, etc. Overall it's a very good resort. They have dj night, karaoke night. Overall good fun and enjoyment.

The rooms were clean, the campus was so peaceful, the The Byke Brightland Adventure Park & Resort even though was interior was worth the stay as it was nearby to market and all the points. Everything was good. Great help identifying right place by make my trip. Resort was good, food is bit expensive but good. Tea and coffee were awesome. Staff polite and helpful.

Very good and cooperative staff nearest to almost all major matheran points. Ziplining archery and 2 more games complimentary given. Neat and clean property good for family and group picnics too
