Room was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and cooperative. Location is convenient for transportation

Big unclean rooms, in Restaurant half items not there only, service slow, Suite rooms have poor dirty curtains. Kamod is not cleaned.

Rooms are not clean, staff too less, restaurant has a good printed menu but many items are not there, bathrooms are not clean.

Its good , Staff behaviour , Overall atmosphere Hygenic , all services was good , amenities are well mainted

Excellent hotel with great rooms and super helpful staff! Only suggestion: provide a direct hotel contact number instead of HQ's, and add more signboards for easier navigation.

It was a Pleasant Stay. Staff is Quite Professional and very Co-operative.

Very good staff, very good management and very clean and clear room. Beds are very comfortable. Special thanks to front office manager mr golak for his sweet and cooperative nature.

The shampoo and soap were not available, the TV was not working,and the breakfast was worst

Okay for an overnight stay but the lifts are not in good condition. Did not tried food though. Location is good opposite station and lot of food options nearby

This property is at very ideal location just opposite to Surat station, Food is quite delicious and rooms were hygienic with all facilities, even the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

It was welll maintain hotel & their rooms was very specious their bathroom is nit and clean also they provide good room facility along with water bottles tea coffee packet sache my experience is excellent in this hotel looking forward for more stays in hotel

the location was near the railway station ..and for me it was perfect..the staff was very helpful and professional... and the room was beautiful comfortable clean .loved the whole experience there.
