charged extra money around rs 800 for early check in. Even though a room was available, I was still charged extra, which seemed to be only because of the hotel’s policy. Secondly, outsiders were not allowed, and I was also asked to pay around ₹1000 for them to stay, which felt quite unreasonable. I believe such policies and charges can create inconvenience for guests, and I request you to kindly review them."

The room was not up to mark. The bathroom is not clean. Ac is not working properly. Room service is not quick, I have to call 2-3 times. There are no towels and bathroom items. The experience was not so good.

The food was great There was a big and great pool though I wasn't able to enjoy it due to heavy rainfall. The room was clean but the bed's edges could be rounded I got hurt by them many times.

Amazing service and very good food, Always prefer Byke properties for pure vegetarian travelers. Room service is excellent.

The showers don’t work, the washbasin and taps are rusty, and the windows are so filthy you can’t even see outside. Everything about this place is unhygienic and poorly maintained. Rooms were not clean, there was smell of dampness. Centipede was roaming in room. Everytime we have to ask staff for basis amenities like dental kit , room cleaning

Bad Staff , Rooms were different as shown in photos , Pool was surrounded by 4-5 mens so it was not good atmosphere , Telephone was not working and they don't even changed it , Overall a bad stay experience

The property is disgusting and the photos and reviews are absolutely misleading , it’s a shitty hotel which I vacated - the staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful the beds and room stink and unclean linen! Please don’t book the hotel basis photos and reviews

Experience was ultimate but the major fault of the hotel was that the poo l, gym and jacuzzi were not available. We were really excited for pool and jacuzzi other wise the experience was ultimate and the food was also ultimate.

The Byke Resort has a spacious property, but unfortunately, it is poorly maintained. The management staff seems neglectful, as the rooms and bathrooms are not kept clean or in good condition. Everything appears old and worn out, giving the place a rundown feel. While the location is decent, our overall experience was disappointing, and we did not enjoy our stay. Not recommended.

Room pictures shown on MMT does not match with the actual rooms. We had selected a super deluxe room, first we were provided with a room which did not had any ventilation and was too small, on raising the concerns we got a new room which was comparatively better than the previous one. Bathroom was very small and flush wasn’t working properly. Rooms are very close to each other, you can clearly hear noises from other rooms. Food was okay. Location is convenient for Birla Temple and Albert Hall museum. Amber fort is far from this place.

It all about good time. Very well time spent. Awesome, that was a fantastic place and good environment all good.

Renovation work was going on. Garden grass was not clean neither it was maintained properly. Gyzer was not working, providing hot water in bucket. Mini fridge was not in the room as mentioned in the booking. Bar was there but environment was not at all for family sitting. We have to order in the room only. Quality of food was good and staff was very much cooperative.

Grass field hotel’s location, excellent service, and beautiful rooms made my visit an exceptional experience, one i’ll definitely repeat in the future.
