Don’t book this property.. property is not maintained property... lots of cockroaches... bakvass no recommended for anyone

Room was spacious & clean with amenities as mentioned. Breakfast was good and served in room. Hotel Location is easy to find and nearer to main road.

Great stay with friendly staff and clean rooms.. the only thing I wasn't aware of was that it's a pure veg service apartment

Air conditioner in bed room and living room has not been proper cooled. Felt hot in both places. Old property with old lift and need to be renovated

Washroom flush was not working properly, commods lid kept on dropping as it was not proper. Room was fine, but sheets were old as you can see the fade.

There was noting mentioned as key security while booking But wen we reached at hotel at reception he started asking key security and was arguing for the same , so I have to pay 500 rs as key security How unprofessional Very bad experience

It's like dharamshala not a hotel.. very poor condition room no AC is working..Not hygiene at all..I have included breakfast in my booking but it's not provide by the hotel..it's my wrong decision to book in these worst hotel..completely wasted my money by booking this hotel

Food is not in-house, pack food are sent from main hotel. If you really don’t have choice, pls stay in other than ground floor. Walls are damp and awaken due to moisture. Cockroaches will also be your partner in stay especially at night when you switch off light to sleep. I came back here after 5 years but they haven’t change at all. I have one more day to spend. Don’t have choice but to stay. Cancelled hotel Hollywood for this filthy hotel. It’s not about the money it’s about to re-access the property so could be tried in future but I am discounted.

Im requesting you to extend the stay services both check in and check out should be minimum 24 hours .

One of the best stay in Thane west. Their rooms are specious, clean. And most important is their housekeeping is on point. They clean the rooms spotless everyday.
