The Byke Sunshine Grand

The The Byke Sunshine Grand is located in a hill which has a nearby auto stand, so very easy to roam around. Breakfast is good and good options provided. Rooms are clean. But there are few issues. The property is not that well maintained, paints coming off from many places in the main hall's ceiling and in the room's balcony. Room service was not done properly. They just made the bed and left. They didn't clean the balcony where the pigeons pooped were there. We hardly used the balcony due to same reasons. Main course food is not good.

We had a nice stay at the byke sunshine grand. The rooms were clean, the service and food was good. Some points that the The Byke Sunshine Grand should take care of- - there was some waterlogging in the washroom- took ages for the water to subside - there should be some other kind of ventilation provided in the rooms -the windows were very large and didn't have any bars so we couldn't keep these open in the night due to fear of wild animals entering.

Stay was good. Room was spacious and got a extra bed for my child as complimentary. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is also situated close to the city. Only issue was hot water was available only 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening.

I stayed here in a The Byke Sunshine Grand for 3 nights and my experience was superb. The rooms are spacious. I liked the stay and all the members were so polite and understood hindi also. The restaurant is also pure veg

Good location. Ample parking. Restaurant serves only veg food but it was tasty. Room had balcony and nice view of the valley from the 6th floor. Property was very clean and staff was polite and very co-operative.

Place is good and we took suit room with ample of two room with double bed space. It is clean with good food with limited only veg options. Services are good and nice staff.

I took it for hourly stay to freshen up after travel, it was good but i did not feel as much as per the price.

Overall it was a good experience, mainly the receptionist mrs. Kavya and mrs. Niramal provided good service, the room was neat and clean
