I decided to knock the door of court

Very bad experience,I think, it was my worse choice to stay there,on 9th April 2025 i booked a room in this hotel, there has no backup system of electricity cut,no smart or android tv for kids,lack of staff to care taking for guest,it looks like as horror movie setup ,that is why I decided to leave that hotel.

While we always strive to ensure uninterrupted service, extreme weather conditions can sometimes cause unforeseen issues, especially in hill stations like Bhimtal. We would also like to clarify that we do not mention having smart or Android TVs in our room listings, as our focus is on offering a peaceful, nature-oriented stay experience. I had a pathetic experience staying here, rooms are so untidy. Seems like no one is living here since ages, tap in wash basin is not working. Ordered food for dinner almost everything was not available then i ordered dal & rice and that was horrible. Went on to looking for food outside at 11:30 in the night. Overall very bad experience
