It was a great stay at capital THE CAPITAL HOTEL guntur. We had only a night stay at capital THE CAPITAL HOTEL guntur, but the staff was so polite and very helpful. Would like to mention ms. Soumya especially for helping us arrange the dinner in our room even when we were away. All the staff was very helpful. Mr sahoo who was at the reception was also helpful in getting us checked in immediately on arrival. The food was excellent and quantity wise was good enough for my family (myself wife and two daughters. So overall i would like to recommend to any visitors visiting guntur.

The THE CAPITAL HOTEL location is advantageous to all visitors, near to all convention halls, business areas. Coming to THE CAPITAL HOTEL’s staff: behaviour is good and courteous food services is top if the line till 10. 30pm( suggest to start coffee and tea in the morning 5am. Food quality and taste is good. Maintenance of rooms and common areas is excellent. The lenin is clean. Toiletries are good. Suggest to provide prive iron box in the rooms.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's a newer property. Most places that i stayed at in the past lacked maintenance. These guys are good. Clean and hygenic. There is a supermarket in the ground area which is a good addition. Food was good. Service aspect could improve but not disappointing. Overall a 5 star rating for 3 star THE CAPITAL HOTEL. I will definitely stay here again.

I will give 5 star rating to THE CAPITAL HOTEL capital because of the excellent service by its chief engineer mr janardhana r eddy and his electrical team. The ambiance of the THE CAPITAL HOTEL and the rooms was really superb. Location wise, the THE CAPITAL HOTEL deserves 5 star rating. Overall, value for money with high quality service and top class ambiance.

It was awesome staying here as the food quality was good also being a north indian food lover my cravings of eating bhindi fry was fulfilled by the chef even when it was not a part of their menu. Overall experience was good in terms of food and hygiene only the thing which could have been beet-er was the variety of breakfast as majority things were repetitive.

Hotel was good. Rooms are also nice. But a major disaster was food. I ordered food without onion and garlic but got it with extra garlic. This happened when i was having navratri fast. That was very irresponsible. The lady who took my order failed to understand it. Hotel must keep staff who can understand english well.

1. Well placed, 2. Receiving after getting down from the vehicle should improve. No one was there to take luggage upto reception, 3. Security @ the vehicle parking should improve, 4. Room cleanliness & quality of towels etc should improve by 100% & 5. Room service & on internal phone responses should improve by 100.

The Capital Hotel is definitely well located, comfortable decent rooms. Great service. I had breakfasts and dinners there. Dinners were superb. Very good food. But The breakfast was terrible. Worst than terrible. Food quality, variety and The service. That was too below their own standards. Rest all was excellent.

Good location, very nice ambience. Room was very clean, food was ok. I will go again for the ambience.

We stayed at The Capital during our December 2019 road trip. We liked it during our onward journey so also booked it for our return too. Good family value for money. Stay option in Guntur.

The THE CAPITAL HOTEL is excellent and food is very tasty don’t think about cleanliness it is beyond your thinking. The reception staff and working staff are very friendly. I will rate 5/5

Had a short stay, but a great stay. Beautiful rooms and amazing food. Great service and very boutique style modern property. Value for money. Highly recommend it and would definitely come again. Centrally located as well with lots of nearby shops and food joints.
