The Castle Mewar

Room location is to par from city. For the day sigale occupancy not there. We are only three. So that i am not check in. Totally area was adiwashi. Very bad. Zero rating.

Used toiletries, improper windows not able to close completely in such chilling winter, absolute no room services, even not receiving phone calls on reception. Fridge was just to show fungus has been grown in it and in kettle base. Very surprised when no tv recharge. All property is non maintenance mode i think. I request guys don’t prefer or suggest anyone.

Pathetic room, used and dirty linen, no WiFi, dirty washroom, smelly room, it’s better to stay in Oyo then this place

Good location. Each and every thing is precious except morning breakfast. Very supportive staff. It's surrounded by mountain no others disturbance like a City where u See u will find beauty of nature. Must to have visit at least once.

Ac not working No drinking water available No food available Location is good, but it's not maintain well, no wi-fi in room, you needs to come at reception area

Worst stay! Very bad staff, very bad food, no buffet

They didn't provide proper food, our stay was with breakfast and lunch or dinner, they did not have enough guests so they did not put buffet and punished us by not providing proper choice and restricting starters, salad, main course, Sweta and deserts quantity and quality

You stayed here you have to demand for hot water in The bathroom again and again they didn't provide hot water as you demand

Food below average, staff rude, location nice view but not for families.
Nice for people who do not like sounds but for family not recommended.

You need to off road to reach here though the distance is 3 km only. Rooms are big and spacious. Food is awesome. Less occupancy so hot water takes time to reach your rooms. Good hotel.

Service was extremely poor. Amnities were not enough.
Blankets were dirty and soiled. Room had water seepage at some places.

1. Feedback for MMT - please do not list a hotel that is 25 km away from Udaipur as a hotel in Udaipur . 2. The hotel staff was absolutely unprofessional with no training whatsoever. 3. The hotel management did not bother to put an extra bed till 11:30 pm even after repeated requests since 5 PM. 4. The bathroom was flooding and the staff did not clean/wipe it after many complaints. 5. Not sure how can the hotel expect the guests to pay 10k plus taxes for such a pathetic service and quality

I don’t know why this hotel is rated five star. First of all it is located inside rural area far from the city and even from the highway. In case of any emergency or urgent need, you will find not a single shop or utility services. In fact it was hard to locate any living person near the hotel. Then comes the food quality which was mediocre and nothing special. Then the service quality of the hotel was poor when comparing to other 5 star rated hotels. Rooms were OK. Overall mine experience was not good and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is very good and service is very good. Breakfast is very good. Two mountains and view is very nice. Relax without range of Mobile only WiFi. Cleanliness and atmosphere is very nice. Value for money hotel.
