No support for early check in. All the contact nos not working. No courtesy call for pre booking. Inside room small cockroach moving freely and found very horrible. No response from front desk even though I informed in my very first day stay. Tariff is costly for this room condition.

This is the worst experience I faced in hotel industry in hyderabad.The front reception staff behaviour is to worst. I booked the hotel one day before around morning, 9'clock, I call the reception i am coming for a meeting. Please arrange my room before 11 o'clock, i requested them but hotel reception staff, but the hotel staff not given me room until it was 12:40 PM STEFF HAS LOT OF HEADSTONE.THE WATER MAINTENANCE ALSO ZERO WASTE OF MONEY.ONLY ONE THING IT WAS IN A PRIME LOCATION
