The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The housekeeping staff was prompt and attentive, keeping the rooms spotless and organized throughout my visit. The food experience was exceptional. The in-house restaurant served a variety of dishes, from traditional Indian cuisine to international options, all of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The staff ensured that every meal was a pleasant experience, and their recommendations were spot-on. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of choices to start the day. Although priced in an upper bracket, the stay at central park justified the value. Customer-friendly staff, wonderful (and customised to taste) food and great ambience made the 4 night stay feel like a second home. It would be good if some of the staff avoided making it obvious that they were looking for tips. Good service will be tipped in due time. But, this is a minor aberration that is individual and not a reflection on the entire staff. Travel desk and house keeping deserve special mention for excellent services. A value for money package located at a prime location in gwalior.

Hotel is well maintained and in good location. Comparatively new property and food is really excellent. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast very much. Poha was excellent. Room interior can be enhanced. Overall good experience.
