I have booked with mm t and i like this property not only because of its infrastructure but its hospitality also. The staff is very polite and kind. The swimming pool is in well-maintained condition. Being open to the pool gives me a relaxed feeling. Wonderful gesture right from the security person, front desk, and all supporting staff. The food which is served is hygienic and quality of test which is very much appreciated. A lot of options for breakfast. Live kitchen. I must have to mention a few important people who made me feel comfortable and helped me during my stay. Nainesh was helpful in understanding and kind in nature. Mr. Santa cruz was very polite and gentlemanly. He is the person we met 1st in the The Central Park Hotel. He only picked up our bags but with his politeness and gesture, he won our hearts. Quality-the first thing i noticed about the The Central Park Hotel is that it seemed very calm. The lobby seemed busy, but relaxed at the same time. The lobby smelled fresh and recently cleaned. For the most part the music played was background music, but there was one song i hear that did not quite fit in. That song was, “i’m a believer” by smash mouth. Although it reminded me of my childhood it did not fit in with the atmosphere of the The Central Park Hotel. I noticed that most of the meeting rooms contained bathrooms for attendees. There were also always bathrooms located as one walked up to a new level. I drink a lot of water so i found it comforting to have bathrooms available all around the The Central Park Hotel.

I booked this property from mm t for 2 days. Excellent stay. Very nice property with all the amenities. Lift, wifi, parking, bar, restaurant and swimming pool etc. All the staff are very cooperative. Reception, room service, house keeping and restaurant staff are very cooperative and well mannered. Especially the restaurant staff reena mam was very cooperative and caring, she was looking after the guests personally while we were doing breakfast. I will surely love to visit again when i come to pune. In fact all the staff here are customer friendly. Food quality is excellent.

The The Central Park Hotel is located in prime location and the staff are really wonderful. The check in process was very smooth, rajat who did the check in was very courteous, it was 1 am in the morning when we checked in and he gave the room keys so that my family members could go and rest while he took the details from me. The rooms are luxurious and it is worth the money we paid, it was a very short visit but me and my family are looking forward to stay there again for our next visit. The other staff are also very friendly

Service, food, courteous staff are all things to remember. Whenever i visit pune again, i shall stay here only

We stayed for two nights at central park pune and found the stay to be comfortable. The only issue that we faced here is that the bathrooms are very small and there is no separate shower area which can be a cause of concern if you have elderly along with you. Hotel should also look to renovate the smart space area as it looks quite old.

My parents being senior citizens were attended well by the service staff and they had a comfortable stay. Thank you team
