I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Central Residency during my visit to Trivandrum. I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location of the The Central Residency is perfect – right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions. Whether I was strolling through the vibrant streets or heading to popular landmarks, everything was within easy reach. The staff at the The Central Residency has truly exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations from the concierge, their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I appreciated the little touches that added a sense of luxury to my stay.

The room was near and tidy, bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable, it was quite spacious, toilet was clean as well. They give 2 mineral bottles complimentary per day stay and also provided hot water kettle, along with powder milk and tea bags / coffee sachet which are all complimentary. We requested early check in and the The Central Residency provided us with early check in. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of foods ranging from continental to traditional kerala special items like idiyappam, kerala chicken curry both deserve special mention. There is a live counter for dosa/omlette. A very good value proposition especially considering the service and quality of the The Central Residency. The location is near the railway station and bus stand and is about 5km from the airport. Stay is recommended!

My first interaction was with the concierge for check-in. He was very pleasant and friendly. The lobby was large with seating capacity for 4 to 5 people. I arrived at the room and man i was surprised by the quality of the well-kempt room. The bed was sleep-friendly. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. I only had breakfast from the The Central Residency restaurant and the spread was excellent and tasted nice. The room was noise-free from other rooms and from the street, helping me focus on work. If you are arriving by rail or by road, this is a very good place to stay and very near to the station and bus terminal. It also has a lot of private bus operators next door. I strongly recommend this The Central Residency to anyone who comes to trivandrum for vacation or work.

Excellent stay, extremely polite and hospitable staff. They are courteous and service oriented. They took great care of me. The rooms were well equipped and i had absolutely no issues staying here. The breakfast buffet was decent, well laid. Amina and rahman took good care of me and my food choices. Well trained staff. Arya on front desk is extremely polite and well versed with service. The The Central Residency is centrally located and easy to move around the vicinity. Railway station is close by. Easy to get auto, cabs etc. I booked here for 5 nites after a horrible experience at a homestay near by. These guys at central residency were amazing and took great care of me. Iv had q great stay

It is in a prime location in the city center near the main railway station. It is easy to reach there from airport as well. The stay was comfortable and had all required amenities. The staff was courteous and well attentive. The restaurant is good and have a good spread for the buffet breakfast included in the ticket. The in room service is also good. The temples and other important land marks are easily accessible from this The Central Residency. The services are good. Overall a very comfortable stay. It is worth for the money you spend.

I found the The Central Residency very close to the railway station, which is well connected and close to many locations i had intended to visit during my 2 day stay there. The receptionist was courteous and allowed early check in. The room was neat and cozy. Everything worked fine. Food too was good, but when drinks were served in the room they refused to serve complimentary snacks saying that it was available only at the bar. Overall the experience was good and i would definitely choose the same The Central Residency on another visit.

Stayed with my kids, spouse and elderly mother for 3 days. Location: if you own a vehicle, all major sightseeing places are so easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast: excellent in taste and variety. Ambience of restaurant exceptional. Can give more than 5 stars. Kudos team central residency

Location was good nearby padmanabhan temple. All amenities were there and property was in good shape. Room are good and maintained. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very polite and supportive.

We had booked this The Central Residency super last minute on new years, but the check in process was super easy and the rooms they had given was super clean as well. Looking forward to stay here in the future.

Their staff are very polite, especially in the restaurant. Also, they took care of my luggage safely for almost 7 hours. Room was also upgraded to a suit room. Over all my experience has been good. If they can do a value add by providing an extension of rooms for hourly basis
