Beautiful The Centrum with nice restaurant. Rooms have historic feel with hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles. The brown color makes it more plea-sent and welcoming. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Best stay ever. Mr pankaj from house keeping is such an amazing person. Mr balram from restaurant is also very humble and sweet. They took care of my toddler so well, he enjoyed a lot. It was his first stay in The Centrum and they made it awesome. Many thanks to everyone out there for making our trip so beautiful. God bless.

To start with this is an excellent property with a very soothing ambience and spacious rooms. In my extensive stays into various star rated properties during recent times - staff of the the centrum was the most courteous lot. It was pleasure interacting with them. On negative side 1. Food was very expensive 2. No other options for food in the vicinity except this property 3. Being bit in remote locations it was struggle getting radio cabs in the late hours 4. Air conditioning in the room was not very effective however degree of divergence for the above negativities was not very high and overall it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks for making my stay special

First time ever a very refreshing experience in lucknow by staying in the centrum which rejuvenated by soul deep down. Most airy rooma aside open space for fresh air, connected big pool giving extra feel good experience. And th3 restaurant and their amazing service by staff giving different kind of impression on me. It was good play, very hygienic, rooms were good, but the only problem was that bathroom is very small and next thing which i didn't like was one of that service where they were late to give us complementary things, we stayed for two days but on second day we get some complementary items and t hey were sorry for that. Also there breakfast table is like fish market very crowded.

This's 2nd time i visited this property. undoubtedly everything are unmatched through out the city. Till now area is quite peaceful, where this property situated & thie one olso the only deluxe property of city. every room's saperate balcony & a qutation over wall make their rooms unique. No more hazy reception area / lounge. so quick n cooperative staff. 👌🏻😌👍

It was a great experience to stay at centrum a vast property where we can celebrate 2 or 3 functions parallel. There are the carts to carry their guests from one place to other. Nice view to see surround the property. Very good view of swimming pool at 0 level. House keeping was good and with good behaviour by the staff people of the The Centrum and resort.

Beautiful property with courteous staff and the services provided. Prime location with nearby facilities such as lulu mall, airport etc. I recommend everyone to stay in the centrum The Centrum. Truly memorable stay for my family and kids. Keep up the good work team centrum! will look forward to stay in centrum again in my next visit to lucknow
