The Hotel is located at a good location. Rooms are reasonably sized and the facilities provided are good. Food Service is reasonably good but overpriced. The In-House restaurant Ithaca had good staff and were kind enough to accommodate us in spite of their busy hours. Check In and Check Out process were easy.

During my stay in Bangalore, I wasn’t feeling well — down with fever and cough, completely drained both physically and mentally, and far away from home. Amid all this, one staff member, Deva (I’m not sure of her full name), went out of her way to check on me. She called to ask about my health and even offered me a cup of ginger tea to help me feel better. It might seem like a small gesture, but in that moment, it meant the world to me. Her kindness and empathy made me feel truly cared for — just like being at home. Thank you, Deva, for your warmth and thoughtfulness. You turned my difficult day into a memorable stay. I’ll surely be back — and hopefully, I can thank you in person next time. 🌿💫

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and there was a noticeable smell as soon as I entered. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved, and their response felt careless and unprofessional. The service was extremely slow — even basic requests like fresh towels took more than an hour. The photos shown online were very misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. For the price paid, the overall experience was far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel and hope management takes these issues seriously.
