Remote/Difficult to reach/Terrible Hospitality

The cottage as it is posted in pictures. However, the host did not pick any call at the day of the booking for guidance,since morning. It was very very difficult to reach this location. No-one knows of this cottage and its owner nearby. After somehow location the property, nobody was there in the vicinity, prompting us to attempt to cancel the booking with MMT's help. This probably made the host pick our call and arrange for somebody who had access to the cottage. No Response from Host and no caretaker was present at the property. No Breakfast Available as nobody was there at the property

Hi Sir, Sorry you had this experience. Our property's Check in time is 1:00 Noon as mention in our policies however you had reached too early and the care taker lives in a nearby village. If you had told us about your early arrival we could have done whatever the best to make you comfortable. And as far the breakfast is concerned the property doesnt has any inhouse restaurant. The food is prepared when its preordered. We look forward to host you again and we at chapters cottage are always try keep best hospitality practices as priority.
