Pros: -upgraded to sea view room with in-budget cost. -property is just a walk away from beach -sajan was very cooperative. Helped us in lot of ways. -private free open parking space inside the property. Cons: -ac was not functioning properly in both rooms. -wooden rooms structure is old and hence quite jerky. -no complementry drinking water. -way to beach from property is very dark and needs cleaning. Still, the beach and it's view is amazing. I recommend to experience it at-least once.

Our experience was overall good. One room which was given to us didn't have a water outlet in the washroom and we were shocked early morning. We immediately then had to change to another room. They can arrange hot water in buckets for you. The location is great - 1 min walk to beach and it's near to all necessary shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and made sure we had a good stay.

Property's location is towards palolem beach almost 2 mins walkable. Food facilities doesn't provide here. Safety and hygiene is too good.
