This property is not a hotel with all amenities described in your portal. It is a function hall with some rooms. No restaurant, no room service, no staff except a clerk. no branded water bottles in room.no hot water. room with mosquitoes. It is not even woth Rs.500/-rent. Night 10.30pm i checked in and as early as 6.00Am i vacated the room. Better MMT stop recommending this property to to your valued customers. My advise to MMT to is don't propmote/ recommend Function halls as hotels. Function halls rooms are provided with no amenities like a regular hotel properties.These rooms are rented to clients along with Hall. During function time,clients stay there to put their luggage etc there,leave once function is over. MMT should review thoroughly these issues. In Chennai, post Movie., many hotels closed their restaurants. Request refund my payment, if MMT is serious about my concerns. Regards., Gurunadha Rao. R

it is ok to stay in this hotel because of nearby to office area avoiding more travel time..There is no service for breakfast or food in hotel but we get food court in neighbourhood...Most important is room does not have hot water facilities in bathroom...Solar water heater are totally inefficient. Hotel need to improve on this issue. otherwise ok for the purpose I checked in.

pathetic hotel. The entire room was full of cockroaches. we had a booking of three rooms and everywhere it was the same situation! Mr Anand at reception accepted that he knew about this. all the walls of the room are dirty. please avoid booking this hotel even in crisis. it is better to sleep on the footpath

Not that good..no one at reception for check in in night at 12:00am...the person came later was drunk but he managed to give key of room to me..I just stayed for night and checked out in morning 7:00am....No hot water for shower

Property has very less or no facilities. While the front desk made it easy during check-in, post that it was a difficult process to get the basic toiletries and towels. For vegetarians, there are no easy options close by, especially for lunch/dinner. Having a vehicle is a must.

There was no proper welcome no one to pick your luggage no hot water / wastage of more than one bucket of water for hot water which is sad. No connection in the room no food service which as a senior citizen had to cross the road which has no way to safely cross no room service room phone not working cleanliness was good closer to airport
