It was over all good trip as we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and heritage set up

The service of the staff was very very good. Food was great. Rooms are ok only, bathrooms could have been better

Charming heritage property with a peaceful vibe, homely yet authentic food, and excellent service.the staff are very kind, warm and welcoming. if you are planning for a chettinadu heritage stay with a Relaxed atmosphere, this is the best option.

Property was neat n clean but not worth for 20k per day. Food was too good and no play area for kids

Had an extremely pleasant stay.... Room was good, the caretakers were amazing, breakfast was too good N healthy. Special thanks to Mr. Nagraj auto driver arranged by Gokul the staff there who took us around very patiently N was also a good guide for us. The place is worth the money. We thoroughly enjoyed the verandah sitting spaces

It was a good stay. Great hospitality. Food was in a home style and it was good. However, breakfast menu can be improved. The area was really calm, If you’re looking for a relaxed stay, I would highly recommend this one.

Great hospitality from the property stuff. Enjoyed the breakfast spread (hit so close to home). The rooms were clean and spacious. All toiletries were provided. Only qualm I have from the stay is they had charged Rs. 40/litre for the extra water bottles we requested.

it is decent property with friendly staff... we felt like home. food was not typical Karaikudi, less spicy.... (atleast they sell in other places as karaikudi). they do not have many options

The chettinad heritage resort is a well-maintained, authentic chettinad mansion close to the nh. Easily accessible and relatively close to the other chettinad hotspots. The room we got allotted was spacious and well maintained. Room service was prompt. The breakfast was tasty and with variety and served with warmth and care. We took our dinner there only during our stay. The dinner is mostly vegetarian and you have to confirm in advance. Non-veg was available on demand. The staff were well behaved, courteous and very helpful. We made multiple requests for hot water and food parcels and all were met with a smile and prompt service. The location itself is nearby the kanadukuthan town, the hotspot of chettinad culture and the karaikudi town itself is a 10km drive away. Overall a very good experience.

Booked this place for a chettinad heritage feel and was not disappointed. The rooms and washrooms were also clean. The food whatever served was very tasty and the service was good. On the whole, had a good experience in the facility.
