We had an amazing experience at this Hotel. The manager was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service, hospitality and overall atmosphere were excellent. The pillows in the room were smelling and yellow in color also the checkout experience is horrible they call you 10.30 and say mam please checkout as the time is up and extra charge is applicable it’s too rude I would say.

The property was good but the staff was very rude, extra charges were asked after the late reminder for the check out. The manager behaved like the owner and talked in I’ll manner way.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel staff was also polite, but the restaurant was not running so we had to go out to eat anything but there is one restaurant khamba ghani, which is very near to this hotel. Overall, the experience was good.

Hotel locality was near to lake pinchola and most of the sites where to visit. But fews things were off about the hotel, washroom was not equiped properly even some of the hardware was also not working properly. They do have in house restaurant so that was a big problem with the hotel.

familyHotel chronicles was not near lake pichola, quite far. There was no jacuzzi in any room of hotel, as mentioned in the voucher. Even the telephone shower of the bathroom of royal suite was not working. Wc of toilet was not cleaned after requesting room cleaning. Breakfast was pathetic every day, under-cooked ch-ole bhature etc. Thus overall i paid too much( highly expensive, for all the things which we didn't get !

First of all the property is not nearby any lake nor the rooms are mountain facing. Pathetic room service. Washroom, towel and bed sheets are dirty. You can get better stays at mentioned price in the same area.
