Spent only 1 night. But very minimal toiletries provided. Breakfast starts as late as 8.30am. highly inconvenient for early checkout.

The amenities at Chrysoberyl are decent for the price. But the staffs are very rude and irresponsible. Nobody there knew anything about hospitality. They treated us poorly for booking from MakeMyTrip portal and asked us to book directly when I asked for extension of stay. They didn't collect id cards from all thr guests initially and denied stay for my friends who stayed their the first night too on second night claiming that they need new booking for them as their id's are not there. They also didn't provide us a blanket for the extra bed we already paid for. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are not 4 star but they have 4 star mentioned on website and portal. I would like for you to take actions against them.

I had Booked a for a room for 1 Night at ' Chrysoberyl Hotel & Convention Centre ' The Receptionists were not at all welcome First of all we both were 19,20 they were Asking personal questions and stuff, and you need to 21 to check in this is illegal I sent both Of our Masked Aadhar on DigiLocker, they were like no this is not valid we need numbers to enter they were like giving us creepy stares, Asking us where do you study, where do you live, How Old are you Truly Disappointed in The Experience. You would Never Expect such Experience from Such a Big Hotel I would suggest No one to go there

Good stay in a prime location. Neat rooms and friendly staff. Ceiling fans were missing. So always had to depend on AC. Restaurant was missing inside the hotel. Good view to church outside.

No toiletries kept in the room tv was not working at check in.

You have to order the food from outside. The swimming pool is great. Everything is fine. But there is no SPA as mentioned. Overall excellent property.

The reality was a dimly lit reception area with an almost deserted vibe, suggesting very few guests actually stay here. We opted for a premium room, which was spacious, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The room key never worked, requiring someone from reception to accompany us to the 4th floor each time to unlock the door. Basic supplies were missing — despite booking for triple occupancy, there was just one towel and dental kit provided. The bed sheets seemed unwashed for ages, and the dark, gloomy pathways to the rooms felt eerie and unwelcoming. Breakfast was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. By the time we arrived around 9:40 AM, most items were unavailable. Idlis were rock-hard, appams were cold, and there was no gravy for the egg curry. The limited staff multitasked everything — one lady handled cooking, cleaning, and refilling buffet items, while another staff member alternated between clearing plates, serving tea, and manning the reception desk. The lack of professionalism was glaring. Additionally, the hotel lacks a proper restaurant; the so-called coffee shop seemed like a token setup. There was no room service after 6 PM, not even for basic tea or coffee. While the hotel did offer covered parking, even that was poorly managed. One morning, the entrance was blocked by a van, adding to the frustration. The confusion around the check-in policy added another layer of inconvenience. To their credit, they courteously extended our stay without additional charges, adhering to a 24-hour check-out policy. This is the only reason for giving them one star rating. Else they deserve zero star. While the staff were polite and tried their best, We strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Room and bathroom was not clean, ac was not cooling and no fresh towels. Overall not worth the price at this hotel.

Ghost hotel - i was only guest in a 40 room hotel. Only one person at reception. Means total 2 person in such a big hotel. I think the hotel is about to close. Better avoid this is hotel and sleep on streets

Rooms are okay but no option in breakfast we have to eat that what they Serv ! Only 2/3 items we asked for a glass of fresh juice in breakfast a serving boy told no juice! they served us only appam with egg curry in breakfast !😭 please at list keep 5/6 items with some cut fruits and fresh juice!

No room service. Though charges are very high. I booked in makemytrip since the rating was high. Staff need to cater to customer needs.

I have booked two rooms with king size bed with complementary breakfast package for single night. On arrival at the property, there was no staff at the reception. Despite the fact that it's a five star hotel, the person who takes the luggage was "omnipresent" at all scenario. He told the renovation is going on. Hence there is no kitchen/ in-room dining. Though there is tv no channels available as data cable was expired. No mini bar to store food. Poorly maintained laundry and low quality amenity for personal care.

Simple, courteous staff and good experience. The room was clean, close to the city centre. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast though
