The Cindrella Hotel

It was a short one night stay while coming back from a corporate meeting at sterling, darjeeling. However, i could able to sense that it's going to be a pleasant stay at The Cindrella Hotel cinderella as soon as being greeted at the front office. They made the check-in process very simple by doing all those clerical work and just collecting a copy of the id proof. The deluxe room i opted for was quite spacious, neat and clean. The bed, the pillow are very much comfortable to get you a sound sleep. Room is equipped with tea maker, small refrigerator, working desk, a sofa. Bathroom is equally spacious and clean with toiletries available. Hotel though offers a vegetarian restaurant but the taste is amazing. I had mushroom chilli, dal khichdi, brownie and virgin mojito in dinner. All of them are very much palatable. Morning breakfast buffet is equally good with a number of options. I will recommend the place to family travellers, business travellers or even solo travellers.

The location was very good .. Staffs were very courteous and always ready to help ..The The Cindrella Hotel was very clean and tidy ..The food was also very good … overall a lovely experience at the The Cindrella Hotel .. the best part of my stay was the help i got from the staffs at the reception counter regarding permission to keep my car at their parking ground for 3 days while i went to Gangtok… They have a huge parking area which was the reason i selected this The Cindrella Hotel first and the other factors fell into place … my prior concern was whether they would allow me to keep my car at their parking and thus they duly obliged… the stay at the The Cindrella Hotel was indeed a very satisfying experience .. though my stay there was only for a night i would definitely want to go there again

The location of the property was good but due to ongoing road construction it was somewhat difficult. The rooms were very good except the sink in washroom that was not reachable for my 5 year old child apart from that all the things were excellent. The food, the ambience, the staff, the service everything was excellent. I hope for my next trip i will be able to stay there again.

The stay with my wife at the The Cindrella Hotel was memorable she was highly satisfied with the hygeine of the The Cindrella Hotel. Also the staff were cordial with pleasing personality. Swimming pool was clean and staff were prompt and helpful. Even the door man was always helpful. Overall our stay have been excellent. Thanx

Booked three rooms at The Cindrella Hotel cinderella. Rooms are clean, equiped with all necessary amenities but not spacious. Staff is polite and always helpful. Restaurent amrapali has ambient environment and hygienic. Food is tastey with options for all age group. Overall nice stay. Give 4 outof 5.

Overall it’s a good place to stay with your family. Staffs are very prompt whenever there is a problem and they are very polite and reception sections staffs are very welcoming

I stayed in this The Cindrella Hotel once in Feb 2019. Liked it and decided to stay again when needed to stay in Siliguri and experienced better than before.

A lot of mosquitoes were in the room, which was a bit annoying. However they quickly provided the mosquito repellent, but my advice please check the room properly, before arrival of the gust.
